Great job showing us this 'V2' jet. I liked the sound as you zoomed by, and the smooth flight. Interesting that it just did not seem to stall with any kind of drop. ( Maybe being a bit nose heavy helped with that? ) Most of all - I enjoyed your landings. I know landing is one of the things you spend time on and work at - and it shows. Those good landings are beautiful to watch, immediately rewarding to the pilot, and they are much easier on the airplane so it doesn't beat itself all up. I think you set an excellent example for RC pilots to improve their game.
Thanks. Always appreciate your insightful and positive comments. There is just something about a getting a handful of perfect landings. Very rewarding.
Awesome looking EDF jet. I have a 90mm 6s Viper going strong still and coming up on 12 years. But that Scorpion looks super, and fast as a bat out of hell!😂
Very very good demonstration and flight.... Like always your review...build and testing are top notch...and I must comment and give kudos to your predictable and consistent flying...and let's not talk about the ultra smooth buttery landings...the best I have seen on a consistent basis....well done..👍👍👍👍 Merry Christmas and looking towards the next video...
I appreciate the comments. I'm going to try and invest more time into 3D and Precision aerobatics. I just got a 60" Extreme Flight Laser that will help me with that. I hope I don't make a CRASH video... Thank again, Will
The wheels are pretty large, a well manicured grass runway wouldn't be and issue. If your runway looks like my crappy front lawn, then your'll probably rip off the nose wheel..
My thoughts are its a fun sport jet and I enjoyed flying it. Is it the best. Nope. I like the Avanti better, but this one flies well and is very visible (plus for my eyes...). Personally I think they should keep this one around $400 since its an older mold and doesn't have all the cool bells and whistles of the Avanti or Viper 90mm... But, FMS doesn't ask me about pricing.🤔
In my opinion, it's not worth the hefty price tag (at least where I am, EU, around €600!). No lights are uncommon for this size but not something that will bother me. However, having foam hinging on any surface is unacceptable considering there are no lights.
Its a good flyer and I enjoyed flying and playing with it, but I'd recommend they keep the price in the $400's. The price they have on it today, is close to their Avanti 90mm which is a much better plane.

I really like your channel. Great mix of shop and flying. Great job. Thanks
Really appreciate that. Thanks.. Will

Thanks, its a fine sport jet. The power system is very efficient. Those Viper 90s are wonderful planes. I'd like to get my hands on one.
Excellent review Will. Looks like she flies great, we'll find out tomorrow!
She's a fun plane and quite responsive. Mine is a bit nose heavy

Thank you 😋 mmmm
Most welcome 😊
Great visibility.....but....no lights on a $500 plane?
You can always add them... I've seen what you can do with a light kit...🤣
Hiw would it handle a grass runway ?

Would you have the same thoughts had you paid $540.00 bucks for this Orange Pumpkin?
