There are a lot of similarities. You could argue Advocate is better though, as she also pumps up all your creature lands.

I wish they'd take Randy Buehler off the coverage team. He just doesn't understand the game well enough anymore. So much of what he says is just wrong. He doesn't even recognize a lot of the cards. :-(
