This worked for me. The roller was stuck and didn't roll at all. After "forcing" it gently with the point of a knife, it started rolling again. Thumb up!!

Thank you. That worked. The black layer of the iron on tape had caught around the roller. Using your technique, I was able to loosen it and remove it.

wow wow wow wow ! thank a million it didn't for the first 3 round I tried a small screw driver with a bigger flat head about half the size of the roller because the first screw driver was too small. the second screw driver helped the roller out of its stuck position excellent after years of not using it probably had a dust jam. Thank you one again your idea saved my Dymo.💯💯 😊

My Dymo wasn't jammed or dirty. I did open all the files and clear them. I opened the floppy disc icon went through all of the files and cleared them. Bam working again!

Try clearing ALL the files on the hard disk icon. After clearing all of them my Dymo works fine. Good luck.

I had high hopes that this would work, and while it did make the paper jam error disappear, and the roller is now turning, it's not grabbing the tape, so while it says it's printing, nothing is happening. Bummer.
