Good question! TRA is better option for uae, but if esim is not an issue with you the go ahed with the USA version as apart from esim function rest everything is fine

People are still using dual sim Hongkong variant in uae, the network issue is there but not so bad as in the main city reception is ok. I am not sure if in Kuwait you will face any issues as different region

With every iOS update apple try to bring some changes, due to change of region FaceTime audio might work or may not work, emergency sos will not work on Chinese version

@2:06 you are wrong, this feature is not realitied to the device it self but its about the location ( meaning if you buy TRA device and traveled to usa you can use it)
unfortunately, hongkong ,china varient does not come with Emergency SOS feature, even if you change region you will not be able to use this service in future when apple will launch it.there is an article in apple support website you can check it there.

The phones will work, but you will not have a warranty over some models of iPhone so better to check to model numbers stating from A and confirm with apple india if warranty is valid for model number

Network issues can’t be fixed with software updates as it’s the radios installed on a particular device for a particular region with specific network bands
