Something to think about here. Have you ever owned or used a large phone before? I used Android for 10 years before switching to the iPhone 14 Pro and I’ve previously used the Note 2, and the Redmi Note 2. My biggest issue with the “regular sized” iPhone Pro is that, for my hands, it’s already a 2 handed use phone. So I’d go with the Max since I’m not able to use any of them one handed. Now, with that said, I’d love a Pro Mini, but surely we won’t see this never. They could make it thicker, but since the width and height of a Mini iPhone are shorter, being thick wouldn’t be bad to hold. Just remember iPhone 3G, that was 11mm thick, and it was a joy to hold.
I’m used to typing on both hands on my iPhone 12 Pro. I am really tempted to get the 14 pro max but I’ve seen many people complain about the weight and size. When I first got my pro, I noticed the weight and quickly got used to it. I hope it goes the same for the max. I love the big screen on the max!
I upgraded from my iPhone 6s to the iPhone 14 Pro. Never had I less things to get annoyed over, there is actually not a single factor I miss (especially not the 1 hour battery-life I had). All in all, I’m absolutely happy with this phone and I don’t need the Pro Max size nor the battery, just the Pro size and battery is already an upgrade from what I previously had and I still get those chills when using it without a single lag and constant drain of my nerves.

I thought I was the only one who still had an iPhone 6s. I just upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro today because my phone is starting to slow down. I had to order it because the store didn't have it in stock, but I will receive it soon and I can't wait.
@@cpt_anthony first thing is get a case and a screen protector. My iphone 7 is in pristine condition after 6 years, zero problems except sound seems week outdoors. I also have an SE given by my employer more than a year back for covid tracking purpose within my office and it will be refreshed this year so I’m probably getting a Pro at a nice discount. Plus the SE is mine to keep so I’ll probably sell it and get 200 bucks atleast. Looking forward to the Pro.
I went from the 8 plus to 13 pro. The max size just isn’t useable with one hand unless you have very large hands. The only thing I really missed out on in my opinion is the battery life, but that’s only slightly better.
I got the 14 Pro. I'm not a heavy user so I don't need the extra battery life and I have solid eye vision so 6,1 inch is enough for me to view movies and TV shows.
As someone who has used big phone the last few years, I absolutely hate them. They are heavy, annoying to fit in pocket and sometimes dont fit in some bag pouches and certain areas you may want to put your phone. They suck to hold in your hand especially if you only have 1 hand available. Yes theres the 1 handed mode but that just looks bad and im not a fan overall. Funny enough I have pretty big hands so youd think id like the bigger phone screens but in reality they suck imo. The 6"1 inch on the pro is perfect, and its an all day battery for sure. If you are on your phone for more than 8 hours a day then you should go find more hobbies anyways.
Ironically enough without a case it’s pretty easy to handle the Pro Max, but once you add a case it’s too bulky for one handed use. Thanks for the comparison
This is the most detailed i have ever seen comparing both Iphone 14 pro vs Iphone 14 pro max. Now i love and would like to buy Iphone 14 pro only..... 😊
Been using Max iPhones since XS Max. This year decided to switch to regular Pro. Found out that by some reason majority of my friends started switching from Max to Pro. Interesting statistics
I was always a plus / max model user.. I finally went to a 13 mini.. (stability is very similar to my old xs max) battery life is as amazing and I love how compact it is! I would buy a pro version any day.
I go for the pro because it same aside from size and battery . You pay less and having 1tb for the pro is worth it to get than getting pro max, unless you want bigger battery big screen and have big hands or because of bad eye sight then it make more sence for me The pro is more good to size and pocket free :)
I had the 13 Pro up until 2 weeks ago. Loved that phone. I'm getting older though and wanted a bigger screen for typing and viewing. So, I got the 14 Pro Max. Quite pleased with it. It is heavier but that's ok. Battery life on the 13 Pro was excellent so I wasn't concerned as far as the 14 PM. It's a decent phone and does what I need/want it to do. That's the point, right? Get what does what YOU need it to do.
size of all the Pro model and regular iphone's is very handy , I would say anyone who has used bigger phones just use a smaller iPhones or other with similiar screen size , you will fell in love , how compact and easy it is to use .
Been using iphone 7 and iphone x.This time went with with big beast iphone 14 pro max.The bigger screen experience and battery performance is one hell of a experience
Had a problem with my carpal tunnel with the 12 pro max (dont know why maybe I was also using a 6.6 inches android phone?). Anyway, downgraded to 12 and now upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro best decision.
I went with the 14 pro max and I couldn't be happier. With that being said I have fairly large hands. As long as you don't have small hands you'll be fine.
In my opinion, every iPhone bigger than 6,1 inch is way too big to work with. I would love to see all the functionalities from a pro max model into an iPhone 12/13/14 size
This review and comments rlly helped me with my decision!!! Was really debating on getting the pro but now seeing how big it actually is and the complaints abt that made me decide to just go w the 14 pro😭🤝
Yes thas what I have, I bought mine directly from the company and customer service is awesome as my first order it broke off from the bezel (I think I caused that, lol), called them and they replaced free of charge and didn't ask for the defective one back. Magsafe with a Magsafe case is super sticky, never had it fall off, the only downside is it makes it abit bulkier in the backside.
I picked up the 14 pro. Anything bigger than 6.2 inches is not comfortable in the hand. I’ve been on android for the last 12 years. The change is interesting lol
@@johnnywalker6564 as an android user to iPhone, sure, iOS lacks the tone of customisation that android has but I never really used that and I’d always take performance over customisation. Android is a one size fits all for all android devices of different specs whereas iOS is optimised for each iPhone. iPhones specs and operating system is simply better
I had the Xs Max and when I upgraded last year I chose the 13 Pro instead of the 13 Pro Max and I am so happy with my decision. I also have baby hands.
l utterly love my pro max. I can use it all day and never have to worry about the battery. What a fantastic phone,, bit of kit. If you are thinking about it don't hesitate you won't regret it :)
I have "medium sized" hands, but i still went for 14 pro max, because of the battery. Its just insane. On my old iPhone 11 i had around 1 to 1.5 day battery life, on 14 pro max its something between 2 to 3 days, with the same usage and even with always on display enabled (without wallpaper). Edit: I also dont use phone with one hand, maybe just for taking out of the pocket and skip song.
I actually appreciate the weight since I used to forget the smaller phones when they were the only option. I currently own the 12 pro max and I immediately notice that it is missing from my purse due to the lighter weight of the purse! So, I go back and get it. I do have to wear glasses since I can't see well so, the larger screen size the better and it does fit in the back pocket of my jeans even if it sticks out a bit, no prob. I have bigger hands and although yes, it was a bit difficult to hold with one hand when I first got it, I am completely used to it by now. No problems typing and no, I do not have any deformities of the pinky fingers, nor do I have to make multiple extra hand movements in order to type. I am getting the 14 pro max this Friday. The only strange thing to me will be the eSIM but I don't believe that the size will make me return the item per se.
I kept my old iPhone 11 Pro in case I ever wanted to use it as a spare or if I missed having a smaller phone. Especially works well for travel. I’d rather have a larger phone. Easier for texting and watching RUclips etc. also longer batter life is one perk to the Pro Max.
when I brought the max, I was living much more sedentary, and it was perfect, now im spending more time traveling and moving around, its a little on the big side, and its awkward to hold whilst walking around a big city as it doesn't fit in pockets, but I still love it. I will go smaller next time, but I love the size!
For the typing on the pro max all you have to do is put your thumb at the bottom of the screen and swipe down and the screen will go down that’s what I do with the pro max so it’s not a problem for typing
Great Video! And it proofed me to be right in the decision I made...I was using the Redmi Note 10 Pro the last 1 1/2 - 2 Years, it's also a 6,7", 120hz OLED Smartphone and I felt sooo in love with the big Display. For me as a musician (Guitar, Bass, Drums and some more) and photographer with trained, long fingers, it felt so much comfortable to could stretch my fingers instead of always making them curved for holding and using the Phone. Also the ability to do a short Photo and Video editing with a larger Display was an absolutely "love it" factor for me - so I decided to order the 14 pro max. Even with a big Siliconcase, that makes the Mobile again a little bigger, it felt so natural and fine...also the possibility to read with a larger distance to my face and yeah - like I said - doing photo and video editing, it was absolutely the best decision to order the Pro Max. I could easily control the whole thing with one hand, could write messages with swiping with only one hand and so on...and for "normal" typing I always use(d) both hands, but I absolutely agree with people who have smaller fingers and order the regular sized Pro.
I checked out the IPhone 14 pro & pro max in person at Best Buy. I was really debating on getting the IPhone 14 pro but I picked it up it was way too small for my hands lol (I’m rocking an IPhone 11 Pro Max rn) so whenever I decide to upgrade I’m getting the 14 max in space black 256gb!!
i got the 14 pro max with an upgrade from a 11 pro max as well. very happy with it, love the 120hz, like i tried using the 11 the other day and 60hz looks so slow and glitchy compared to the 14 because my eyes are used to it now. Cameras are incredible and absolutely no lag or glitches on my side.
Thank-you so much Tausif! After many months of stressful indecisiveness and watching so many RUclips vids, your vid just got me to finally decide! I’ve never had a larger screen so I was leaning towards the Pro Max. But I was concerned I would regret it, and went back and forth with so many different opinions and saying that it will just annoy me- even when l went to check the phone out, the Apple in-store consultant kind of said that I would struggle with one hand texting. But I’ll just use both hands!! 😂When you spoke about how things come to life with the larger screen you pinpointed exactly how l felt - I really loved looking at the screen and it felt like l was holding something more special than just a phone! So now I know for sure- It’s Pro Max for me! Yay! If the worst happens and I hate it, l guess l can just sell it- but like anything, we tend to get used to things with time. Thank-you!!! Really great well thought out video❤
I'm currently using the LG wing, which has a screen size of 6.8 inches. It's too big for my hands. I'm looking forward to buy the iPhone 14 pro. It'll be a perfect fit for me 👌
Got an Iphone 13 pro max and had all the hand pain issues Tausif mentioned here. Sold it for S22 ultra. Never getting a pro max again. Now ordered a 14 pro. fingers crossed. Where I live the difference is 200 bucks. So I just got a 256GB iphone and icloud+ for a few years. now I don't have to worry about storage too.
I struggled at first. I started with Pro Max . Although I love the battery life, the weight is a huge pain so I swapped it for the Pro. I saved 150€ which I can just use to buy a magsafe battery pack. No turning back now. 😊
Pro Max for me. I have large sized hands so it's fine for me. Plus with AOD, 120 Hz, live activities and 5G now available in India, that extra bit of battery sounds very useful to me.
@@elsabrautlin4111 the size was okay. It was the size of my previous phone, but realized I wanted a bigger screen size. So I returned to the store and exchanged it for the pro max.

The trick to working with a big phone is to buy a pop socket or ring holder for it! I have a cute pop socket stuck onto my 14 pro max case which helps me use it one handed!
This is such a great video! So much more practical, especially when speaking on size, weight, and physical usability. I have smaller hands but bought a Max without considering size and weight, haven't opened it yet, might switch it out for a base Pro. Hopefully the battery will hold up! Thank you for your review!!!
I do own an Iphone 14 Pro Max and with one month of usage I aint satisfied at all because how big the screen is. Like man I need it for daily tasks at the office and it is very uncomfortable to type in it, you have to be using both hands or be dependant on the screen gesture of swiping down to bring the top of the screen to the very bottom. Looking to sell it and replace it for a REGULAR version, fits better for someone with regular hand size. (For reference I am like 5´7) Those are my two cents!!
Used 13 pro max last year and probably switch to 14 pro not max , bigger screen is nice to have but 240g is really heavy phone and much heavier than 12 pro max , plus if you use case is to protect your phone it is really bulky, so for me 14 pro is better option , use on the go , taking pictures etc and much better is edit photos and watch any content on ipad than any max mobile
My iPhone 14 pro max just arrived and I’m completely in love with it ❤️🫶🏾, actually watching this video with it😂💯. The size, camera quality, and the battery life is amazing
Im getting the Pro Max because I like the feel of the bigger phones and im always complaining about my battery life so having a bigger battery will feel much better
Coming from the 13 Pro to the 13 Pro Max I’ve found that battery is great on both phones enough to last the whole day. It just comes down to how much battery anxiety can one withstand? I started to really enjoy the context size on the PM versions but I have small hands so I tend to cradle the phone against my body when I need to type with one hand. But even with the pro size typing with one hand is just too slow. I always just type with both hands anyways. I got used to the hand shuffling so the Pro Max is my favorite size.
I went from the iPhone 13 Pro Max to the 14 pro and I love it. It’s so much easier to use with one hand and its much more comfortable to hold daily. No regrets

same here, went from 7 plus to 14 pro , ill mis the 7 plus for sure, it has been good with me for 6 yrs already , its time to retire her.
I HAVE A HUAWEI Y5 2018 AND IM BUYING THE 14 PROO
I just have my iPhone 14 promax today. So happy with it.. well deserved after too much thinking if im going to buy or not to save money
Ironically enough without a case it’s pretty easy to handle the Pro Max, but once you add a case it’s too bulky for one handed use. Thanks for the comparison
That’s actually a great point lol. Although the case does give you peace of mind but it becomes bulkier and heavier
Interesting statistics
because now both have the same features & using a large heavy phone like the 14 pro max is cumbersome
I was always a plus / max model user.. I finally went to a 13 mini.. (stability is very similar to my old xs max) battery life is as amazing and I love how compact it is!
I would buy a pro version any day.
I go for the pro because it same aside from size and battery . You pay less and having 1tb for the pro is worth it to get than getting pro max, unless you want bigger battery big screen and have big hands or because of bad eye sight then it make more sence for me
The pro is more good to size and pocket free :)
best ip 14 pro vs 14 pro max video out there!!
Thank you for watching! Glad I could help!
Awesome analysis! Keep up the good work, sire!
Thank you so much!
size of all the Pro model and regular iphone's is very handy , I would say anyone who has used bigger phones just use a smaller iPhones or other with similiar screen size , you will fell in love , how compact and easy it is to use .
Definitely one of the better comparison videos. Thank you!
Thank you for bringing out the issues that matter the most 👍🏻
Been using iphone 7 and iphone x.This time went with with big beast iphone 14 pro max.The bigger screen experience and battery performance is one hell of a experience
I went with the regular Pro because of the more comfortable feel
@inactiveuser555 ok but it is random and im alr christian
Best review and best advice I’ve found. Great video. Thanks
Thank you for watching! Glad I could help!
Next year, they should make the iPhone 15 pro 6.3 or 6.4 inches so it’s a little bigger
Yesssss that’s the perfect size
Agree 100%. Sweetspot is around 6.4-6.5.
I am currently using OnePlus 6t with size 6.4 which i think is perfect
Yes but that would affect the sales of pro max model.
Watched just 2 videos and subscribed immediately. Good work brother 👍🏼👍🏼
Great video. Next year for 15 I will pro max again since I currently have the 13 pro and miss the screen size and battery life.
Haha yeah I missed it right away
@@TausifHussain haha I guess you should stick with the pro max size from now on since you always end up going back to it.
Excellent little video - thank you! I shall now go with the 14 Pro.
In my opinion, every iPhone bigger than 6,1 inch is way too big to work with. I would love to see all the functionalities from a pro max model into an iPhone 12/13/14 size
Agree. Loved my 4S
Best intro in the history of YT vids
This review and comments rlly helped me with my decision!!! Was really debating on getting the pro but now seeing how big it actually is and the complaints abt that made me decide to just go w the 14 pro😭🤝
14 plus.
I feel like a lot of the issues people have with a bigger phone in the hand could be solved with a MagSafe pop socket.
Fact. Listen to what this man says.
Yes!
Never even realised I use my pinky in my big ass Android till he mentioned 😂
I picked up the 14 pro. Anything bigger than 6.2 inches is not comfortable in the hand.
I’ve been on android for the last 12 years.
The change is interesting lol
Why did you decide to move to iPhone? Just curious because I am also a long term android user and want to make the switch myself lol.
your girlfriend thinks anything bigger than 6.2 inches is comfortable in her hand 😩💦
Agree, I'm used to 8.2 inches in the hand, and it's hard to hold up sometimes. Thickness, length and heft are the primary factors.
@@justaweeb1884 the only thing that saddens me about switching to iPhone is the thought of losing RUclips Vanced.
Pro max all day baby!!! I have big hands and I’m on the go all day. Love the battery life. Love having a huge screen.
Thank you! Very useful video. I think I’ll go with the 14 Pro even though at first I gravitated toward the Max…
Watching this on my 14 pro max. The BEAST is perfect.
Wow, great review, thank you diving into the real nitty gritty pros & cons, helped me with my decision, 14 pro
The only strange thing to me will be the eSIM but I don't believe that the size will make me return the item per se.
bro just chill when you talk, don't rush the talk just let it be smooth
I kept my old iPhone 11 Pro in case I ever wanted to use it as a spare or if I missed having a smaller phone. Especially works well for travel. I’d rather have a larger phone. Easier for texting and watching RUclips etc. also longer batter life is one perk to the Pro Max.
and that’s why a fold phone would be perfect for you
when I brought the max, I was living much more sedentary, and it was perfect, now im spending more time traveling and moving around, its a little on the big side, and its awkward to hold whilst walking around a big city as it doesn't fit in pockets, but I still love it. I will go smaller next time, but I love the size!
My thinking was if I’m already spending 1,000 for the pro phone, I might as well just spend the extra 100 for the larger screen
Highly appreciated brother for this
I checked out the IPhone 14 pro & pro max in person at Best Buy.
@@rafieawan8487 that’s awesome glad you’re enjoying it
Dope vid man. You’re on your way up!
The ending is annoyed me because I wasn’t watching I was listening. But still. Thanks for the video and the work you put in!
I'm currently using the LG wing, which has a screen size of 6.8 inches. It's too big for my hands. I'm looking forward to buy the iPhone 14 pro. It'll be a perfect fit for me 👌
Great analysis,getting my pro tomorrow
Great video, it would be great to hear an update about how you’ve adjusted to typing one handed if possible and any other pros and cons
Are you still happy with your decision or do you miss the max?
If a few extra grams is a huge pain for you I think you gotta go check on your health or go work out a little bit.
@@LittleBeatsTVChannel for most it’s entirely unnecessary, has nothing to do with health. Kind of a silly comment.
@@LittleBeatsTVChannel grow up.
the battery life is the same
Thank you, I was looking for this 🙌
I got both and just swap back and forth depending on use requirement for the coming week or events or whatever.
Can you buy me one too?
Pro Max for me. I have large sized hands so it's fine for me. Plus with AOD, 120 Hz, live activities and 5G now available in India, that extra bit of battery sounds very useful to me.
I bought 14pro . Did not like the size. It was okay… returned it for pro max. Glad I did!
Whyy
@@elsabrautlin4111 the size was okay. It was the size of my previous phone, but realized I wanted a bigger screen size. So I returned to the store and exchanged it for the pro max.
@@Rsalcedo27 focyou found anything big difference ?? Btw them
Like performance or camera or anything bad in bigger one and good on smaller one?
Also the battery life.
I love the quirky energy.
You’re gonna go far, kid 😉
So are you, your an amazing person!
I dont mind the fact i cant use it one handed . I have 13 pro max and it is perfect for content consumption, love it.
I was using midrange Android phones, which are veeeeery light, you can’t feel them. I got the iPhone 14 Pro, and my wrist is hurting, and the pain is only getting dimmer these last couple of days. I can’t imagine how it could have been if I picked the pro max. The pain must be unbearable
The one handed shots (pause) freaking me out with no case on the phone looking like it's gonna fall at any second.
The trick to working with a big phone is to buy a pop socket or ring holder for it! I have a cute pop socket stuck onto my 14 pro max case which helps me use it one handed!
That's very helpful thank you for sharing
@@johnnywalker6564 Anytime! Stay safe!

I’m definitely a pro max fan. Bigger screens are addictive.
What an amazing video brother ❤️👌
Loved it
Apple should release a 6.4-inch display iPhone.
I want a folding iPhone haha.
Xs max 6.5 inch
Great review!
Thank you for watching!
I ducking love these intros man.
Haha thank you so much man!
You got an instant sub from your intro, I’ve ever felt so heard so fast 😂😂😂
My iPhone 14 pro max just arrived and I’m completely in love with it ❤️🫶🏾, actually watching this video with it😂💯. The size, camera quality, and the battery life is amazing
Still love it? Trying to decide between pro an pro max
@@tinaavantis6900i will consider you to get a pro max but pro is also nice too :)
Watching in 14 pro❤
