    Have that exhaust sound in spades from my S55 AMG, but you must have aftermarket mufflers or straight pipes modification.
    The factory configuration is more sophisticated than raw sound from zero RPMs to red line.
    At lower RPMs higher gear touring speeds, the sound is smoother and comfortably baffled for touring. It comes on stronger when you hammer it over 3,000 and manage the gears wth your finger tips or let the car just do it for you with the loud pedal.
    I give the Long Island pickup trucks with the mega barrel exhaust tips one or two car lengths up to 90 to 120, and then I hammer it and walk away drowning them then in the raw sound. When I let off way ahead of them and drop back down to the speed limit, when they catch up from behind they just pull up behind me in the same lane, and not one has ever pulled up alongside to pass, apparently in fear that they'll get their sorry asses drubbed all over again with that terrible raw horsepower noise.
    Enough engineering went into that car from AMG when it was independent before Mercedes Benz bought them to take its 493 hp stock and make it the most versatile V8 within the 220 model that they ever made. They simply factory hot-roded their older 450SEL engine or developed a new one and then balanced it out with the newer chassis, gave it the best handling you could get or expect from a two-ton sled, and then let it go at that.
    Once you drive an S55 AMG, you'll never want anything else, newer or not. It's one of the best cars with the most versatile performance that you'll ever drive.

    how did u muffler delete and keep tips???

      There is a hanger holding the tips in place. The muffler was cut out and a straight section was added. So technically only one tip is actually being utilized though both show. It's not noticeable unless you get underneath. 👍 Sorry for the delayed reply 👍

      I bought the car like this, the previous owner removed both mufflers and resonators. Though i will have a future video of a cool exhaust mod idea, probably wont be done till the end of summer early fall.

      Yes please post a video up on the muffler delete it would be nice to see especially with the quad tips still being in place.
