My FAVORITE platform shoe is from Windsor Smith. It's basically a platform MaryJane and it's fucking gorgeous. I also love platform shoes from Unif and Steve Madden! Steve Madden always makes very good affordable dupes of designer shoes, including the Versace Medusa shoe in the video.

This is totally uncalled for but I was just thinking how beautiful that big Telfar shopping bag is. So I imagined that woman shopping in my city with that big bag full of all the trappings of her day, and then I thought 💭 someone would tear that bag out of my hands around here … darn. Probably wouldn’t ever be able to use it but it’s a nice thought.

It could be a danger because having things hang off your clothes is nothing new and I have had plenty of jerk backs because something I was wearing got caught up into something or even my shoe because as you step forward those dragging laces also come forward. I like the idea of how you have them hanging but don't get caught on an escalator or something with moving parts, you might be on someone TikTok. But a lot of influencers are only wearing the garment for the actual photos, and few are really going anywhere fast (because that when it happens, I can testify). So, loving the fringe looks but kind of wary because at 60 a fall could ruin everything for me, if I get caught on something. I never heard this term Modern to the Max, but I understand now what you trying to explain, so it a look with some type of statement on a somewhat basic look. I have red in my wardrobe it is not a color that I actually reach for. Wednesday is supposed to be back in the 20s as a high and possible snow on Thursday (so Spring is not even a thought here), I bought a red coat off Poshmark (@karenbritchick had on one in her IG pic, lightbulb went off) because I want to embrace a bold color to lift this freaking winter forever gloom. Let me just state: I am a fan of all the things mention in this video but would bow out because of age and age progression of my body (I stop seriously working out and at 60 don't think there still snap back to skin). Hmmmmm, I am going to go no way with low waisted pants because they use to show my booty crack back in the day and not want to consciously show that part of me or loose skin on tummy at all. Modern to the Max been doing this before you were born because I don't throw my cloths out, I reinvent them thru styling, and I shopped in the Junior dept for the unexpected pieces that always had people asking where you get that. Really enjoyed the content of this video because you correct, it was not the standard stuff being covered. I don't expect to dress like a grandma until my kids have to physically dress me.
