I’ve been making some amazing plant based meals. I discovered a tomato reduction with yogurt and lentils that I made into a taco. Oh WOW! I’ll definitely be trying these recipes, especially the pasta dish. Love pasta!

Lentils cooked in cumin, curry, smoked paprika and veggie broth. (Measure with your heart) and let the seasonings cook for a few minutes over heat alone to pop the flavor of the herbs.
In another pan, cook down a pack of small tomatoes in a little olive oil and once they are soft add in onions, maple syrup or sweetener of choice like sugar and then add in the red wine vinegar.
Let that marinated in a low to medium heat for about 30-ish minutes.
Then add in your lentils and some plain yogurt. Let cook for about 15 minutes.
In another pan add oil and once heated add your filled and folded taco shells or make homemade naan bread. That’s what I do. Cook on each side until desired crispiness and then top with more yogurt and the tomato reduction.
Hope that helps. Maybe I will do a video in the future. It’s a delicious dish.

Check out Simnett Nutrition. Derek is vegan and does a lot of high protein meals for gaining muscle. He and his girlfriend are the most uplifting positive people 🙂
There are many vegan bodybuilders that you can follow! There are books about vegan bodybuilding too. From what I can tell after many years of weight training, you're just going to have to learn to love all forms of beans and incorporate tofu. There are thousands of varieties of beans, sadly in American cuisine we only use like four of them. Another quick and cheap way that I get the amount of protein is just always add a couple scoops of vegan protein powder to my smoothies. It is definitely not that difficult! Eating animal-based and getting protein easier is a little bit of a myth. Once I started eating a lot of protein vegan, I got the hang of it within a year. Also, eating beans does not give people most gas. The gas is from not cooking them thoroughly. Make sure you use an instapot or just rely on canned.

No need for salty pastes, just get true Indian spices like brown mustard seed, curry, turmeric, ginger, that way the pallet can adjust to natural seasonings
