You all are giving the same canned steps which can easily be tested by turning wifi off and browsing in private mode which doesn’t have cookies. You are making people lose all their cookies and have to set the network connection settings all over again “just to see” if that might be it. Don’t play with people’s content at the expense of trial and error.
