Dear Malz, thank you for making this inspiring video with an uplifting attitude.✨I and my partner had attempted to go and study abroad for 6 years now. We tried to save money but couldn't keep up with the currency in our country. We now have 10 years of study gap but I have 7 years of teaching experience. Finally, at the age of 29, we have enough money to study in Canada but most of the colleges, and consultants that we communicated with said that we are too old to get a student visa some colleges we applied reject us because they assume that we won't be able to hold on a visa with our age, study gap and as married people. I sincerely hope we can get good news from the other colleges we applied to. The IELTS part is so true I thought that I aced the writing part but I got the lowest point from it. 🙈 As you said waiting process is so painful at some point you started to believe it's not going to happen for you. Your video is just what I needed to hear thank you so much. All the best.

Dear Malz. You have given a new hope to hundreds or thousands of mature students. I'm 33 now. I didn't complete my BTech in 2010 bcos of father health. Later I was unable to clear the left backlogs. So, I would be considered just an intermediate student passed out in 2006. That makes it a whopping 16 year gap. But, from 2012 to date, I'm working as a journalist(a decade of experience). Now, at this 33 age, i want to apply for Under graduate Diploma in journalism and mass communications for Jan 2023. What are my chances to get an admission, and if we suppose i got an admission, what are my chances for Visa approval? I know it's never good. But what would be your suggestion? I need to see a light spec at the end of the tunnel. Plz reply. Pull me out of this depression plz. I was bluntly rejected by a lot of consultancies.
It all depends on the college. As long as they accept its good. You can look at universities, they are a little more expensive but try them. Some colleges also accepts. And then create a strong SOP
@@malzvlogs Mam, i dropped from College in 2015, and i still don't have a degree, now i am 28 and considering doing Btech in Canada. Is there any possibility for me to getting admitted to Btech Cse in a Canada University and what about getting a Visa ? so my gap years will be from 2013-2022, i am planning to fill it with work experience. Can you please discuss about my possibility ? @@akhilmachaan5010 don't do btech in canada. It's utter costly and unnecessary. The cost is huge. Rather complete a diploma or special course here and then apply for some diploma course in canada.
So happy for you. ❤❤❤ Can you please share your SOP tips and how you justified that change from marketing to supply chain ? Which all are the colleges you had shortlisted and why didn't you stick onto marketing ?
Now, Canada gives 2 years work permit to anyone who is willing to live and work in Atlantic Canada. High school education is enough. After 2 years, you can get Canadian PR. 200,000 Sri Lankan Tamils are coming to Canada.

I am 33 and an MBA.... The idp consultant said u r not eligible 😳 I have a 4 years gap as i ws preparing for government exams
Hi jolly sushma... Have you got your student visa??
Thanks mam for your nice video & frank speaking. After seeing a lots of video, I found your video & enjoyed. This is my 1st compliment in RUclips. After seeing your video I am really inspired. Please continue.....
Thank you so much for your kind words.. so glad you liked the video😍😍😍😍
@@malzvlogs sure. Thnx for the reply ☺️
Please PLease help, i am i a very critical condition.
Yes u can i think...i also try niw i m 35 years old
@@akhilmachaan5010 don't do btech in canada. It's utter costly and unnecessary. The cost is huge. Rather complete a diploma or special course here and then apply for some diploma course in canada.
even I'm tho going thru IDP right now 28 hope all will get good ,preparation for IELTS let's hope applying for sep 2023 .
Congrats...🥰🥰
So happy for you. ❤❤❤ Can you please share your SOP tips and how you justified that change from marketing to supply chain ? Which all are the colleges you had shortlisted and why didn't you stick onto marketing ?
Thank you for your comment.. yeah sure will make a video on that
Please make videos on SOP, do the list of ist month Canada, how did you get job
@@malzvlogs plz tell me how many bands r required in academic ielts??
Now, Canada gives 2 years work permit to anyone who is willing to live and work in Atlantic Canada.
High school education is enough. After 2 years, you can get Canadian PR.
200,000 Sri Lankan Tamils are coming to Canada.
Oh ok.. that's a good point👍
@sagar- can you pls give me more details about applyng in Atlantic
Thank you for this informative and inspiring video. could you please do a video on how to get strong LOR and write very strong SOP when trying for student visa at 35+ after long study gap? Thanks in advance.

Hello
I’m vaishakhi
I’m planning to study in canada.
Just as you I also have an around 7-8 years of education gap.
your video is really inspiring.. Actually now I’m feeling hopeful about my chances.. Could you please tell me which colleges in Toronto you had selected ? And why didn’t you go there? If you had chosen those colleges then your visa rejection chances was higher or what?
I checked Conestoga, Seneca and Sheridan I think

Thank you very much for the video. I am currently in the same situation right now. I applied for express entry, but CRS score is bellow 400. I am now planning to apply for study permit for a post graduation course. I am a B-Tech (Civil engineer). I want to ask you if I should withdraw my express entry and apply for study visa or should I hold it for 1 year. And if you can suggest me which province should I choose to get the PR. I wanna go with my family. Please reply to my comment.
Pls answer his question same as mine i want to know too
You can have dual intention when you apply for Canadian visa but I have heard rejection when you have the PR profile active, so I withdrew mine.
You can try the teir two cities
