Sana is a real gamer. Honestly she did great during the tournament and is now just skipping parts of the game to get the pokemon she wants. What a legend.

@@sammarino7357 I was talking about the RNG to capture high lvl pkm tho. It's not impossible to capture higher lvl pkm but just harder. So what I was trying to said is that the RNG is sometime unfair, due to luck faction.
I also got into a section where there's a river you can't normally cross, I had to time the jump and getting off the mount to avoid drowning, for climbing getting of the mount after a jump also helps sometimes
And ready player 1 expected us to believe noone would think to drive backwards to solve the first puzzle.. when we have vtubers wall climbing to get to spots far earlier than they should just for a flying egg monster
that type of writing is common when someone isn't a particularly good gamer themselves or is not particularly smart and trying to write about smart people.
I've never read or watched that, but I imagine it's ingrained in a lot of older gamers to go the opposite way at the start, because there could be a secret that way. For some reason, the first example I think of is Limbo, but I feel Crash did that too.

@@pokemonkarma just like other trainer in other games they all are basic AI following guideline but getting shit luck stunned and you are on your last one it's good knowing I wont lose as long as i am far enough from the battle that if all my pokemon faint I can just run away.

Like, of course there's a storyline but you can just ignore it and grind side quests/pokedex/rank or attempt to platform your way to inaccessible areas until you absolutely have to move on since nothing in the game is stopping you from doing it. How you want to advance in the game is really up to you.

Pretty sure I did this exact thing, but a little better. Dismounting the Deer mid jump shrinks your player hitbox, the abuse of which got me up to places I really shouldn't have gone. Didn't nab the Togekiss, but I did get up there for the sake of seeing Lake Verity.

Wait, this counts as sequence breaking? Skyrim taught me to do this the *moment* an open world game gives me a horse (kinda wild that 11 years later, horses still reign supreme in videogames)

I remember doing that kind of wall climbing back in Skyrim, in order to get to the Greybeards for the first time, since I didn't know about the path from the village ... good times.
You can get there a lot easier from the flower field to the north. You're still not supposed to be up there, but it really is great that the game just lets you do this
I really hope future Pokemon games will keep adding expressions like in this game. That statement Gamefreak made a long time ago about cutting the National Dex to give more expressions to the Pokemon is finally showing. Now we can have more memorable moments with our favorite Pokemon!
You can easily get a Togetic in the next area, but catching that and evolving it is more long term effort while this what she pulled off is just funny and so much better
Nice catch! But that sadly was not a sequence break. That area becomes available the moment you get Wyrdeer and the ball she used is specifically for pokemon that fly around like that. Still though. The way she did it was impressive. Helped her dodge Snorlax.
I made it up that hill before I got access to that raindeer-pokémon, but I didn't manage to catch the Togekiss so I guess Sana had me beat after all :joy:

It did do something though, it fainted like 3 times to a pokemon 20 levels below its level.

Always check for the Skyrim strats. I've been doing it for a while and it is possible in some places. This is by far the best I've seen.
There is a place only accesible by skyrim horse climbing where I got my growlith, so yes, try it everywhere

@@Boyzby In the very first level of Doom 2 you can get a secret chainsaw if you backtrack immediately. It's super common to do that sort of thing.

I hate to break it to ya but you can literally complete an entire areas dex before moving on to the next area. They really said, "Play how you want"

I scaled several places I know I shouldnt have been able to reach using wyrdeer, and that just improves the game imo.
There’s bad physics, and then there’s jank physics. Wherever you find one, you don’t necessarily find the other.

You can get up there even without Wyrdeer. I was up there exploring before even getting first star rank to cross the bridge.
