Robin's such a putz, being blinded by love for his sister Doris, what's even worse, being blinded by blood. This knucklehead never learned that family can betray you FAR WORSE than any stranger... Tell me something, Robbie, was it worth it?
He regretted it big time when he saw that Doris never appreciated him, had betrayed him by marrying her rich lover and kicking him out to pass her son off as the latter's child. Robin realized that Sarah was right, and by the time he came back to reconcile with her, it was too late. She had filed for divorce and is suing him for restitution for the theft of her money.
Robin ended up alone after his sister plot of destroy his marriage, she ended up with her new husband and didn't need her brother anymore and his ex-wife didn't want him anymore thanks to his sister who ruined it, she and her daughter are handling it on their own.
Serves him right. Sarah warned Robin about Doris and he didn't listen. He easily discarded her and their daughter and now he's left alone like he deserves.
I can understand why Robin wanted to help his sister but he didn't stand up to Doris and put his wife first. And look what it got him. Maybe in time his ex wife will let him in their daughter's life.
Knowing how angry Sarah was with him, I doubt it. She told Robin flat out that he's on his own. Sarah warned him that she was lying to him and using him. Robin didn't listen and regretted it big time when he saw what Doris was like. She was using Robin like their mom did to their father and she kicked him out the moment she married her rich lover, Randy. By the time he went back to Sarah to apologize to her, she didn't want him back. She points out she had filed for divorce, hired a lawyer and intends to sue Robin for alimony in stealing the money she saved for their daughter by wasting it on Doris and her son. Sarah's promise proved true and destroyed him in the proceedings. She has full custody of their daughter, Brandy, Robin was forced to pay restitution for the theft of her money and not allowed to see his family again. He continues regretting his past actions, wished he stood up for himself and turned Doris away sooner because he could've avoided all this if he had put his own family first.
he must of thought being a husband and father is no problem and thinks his wife would do everything. well, he chose his selfish sister over his wife and kid, now looks what happened.
Robin never thought that Doris was simply using him for her purpose. Sarah did warn him that she was manipulating him and that he needed to stop this, but he chose not to listen. After Robin divorced her and left, he witnessed firsthand how right she was about Doris. She had used his kindness to avoid being a proper adult, not raising her son with love, making him do the job himself, marrying her rich lover, and then kicking him out of her life. It was only then Robin realized the warning Sarah gave him about Doris was true, and he regretted not listening to her sooner. By the time he came back home to reconcile with her, it was too late. Sarah wanted nothing from Robin nor didn't want anything to do with him again. She told him off that she's planning to sue him for the theft of her money that she was saving for their daughter, Cara's future, just to fuel Doris's selfish pleasures and will never forgive him for choosing her over their family. This made Robin's guilt worse because he realized that Sarah was right. He didn't listen, chose to ignore his family, and kept helping Doris. In the end, Robin lost everything in his life due to his mistakes.
Very good job dudes!! Congratulations 993.33% yo plus 77 bonus points throughout the 2nd week of said awesome April. Serves him right. Sarah warned Robin about Doris and he didn't listen. He easily discarded her and their daughter and now he's left alone like he deserved karmatic justice.
I hope Robin is proud of himself for destroying his own marriage/family all because he choose to take care of his sister Doris over his wife Sarah while pregnant 🤰with their child. I know the importants of being there for your family but this one is ridicous since watching the whole story it's very clear that Doris is taking advantage towards his brother's kindness and in return she kicked him out of her house after she married to someone else leaving Robin nowhere to live or home to return thanks to his own naive judgement and stupidy.
Here's my alternate scene. Robin: Sarah's right. If I don't stop this, Doris will be a bigger problem later on. He walks over to Doris and confronts her. For the first time, Robin understands that if he doesn't end this cycle and take a stand for himself, he will be no better than their father always doing what their mom wanted and neglecting their relatives who truly needed his help. He has to put Sarah and his unborn child first. Robin: Sarah's right. We need to think about our child. You need to think of yours. Doris: Are you serious?! You choosing this over helping me out?!!!! I'm pregnant, and John dumped me! Robin: I need to do this for our sanity. I'm sorry, Doris. I would like nothing more to help you, but you need to take responsibility for yourself. Doris: Can't you at least give me some money and a place to stay? Robin: NO! Go ask our mom to help you. I can't betray my wife at a time like this. I'm sorry. Doris: You'll be sorry you refused me, got it!!!!! Robin: I'm more sorry that I didn't see this beforehand. Everything mom did to dad. How he never stood up for himself and neglected his duties. How our aunt died when she gave birth to our cousin, Ashley. How our relatives never forgave our father because he was too busy giving into our mom's demands and spoiling you. It was like I was raising myself because he was never giving me his time. When our uncle, Alex, asked me to come live with him and his family, I jumped at that opportunity. It was there that I had a real father in Alex who taught me about life and to be a good person. Just go, Doris! Robin slams the door in Doris's face, and she walks away, angry at the recent turn of events. Sarah is proud of him for taking a stand for their family, and they move forward. She gives birth to a daughter, Brandy, and they are happy. A few days later, Robin gets a call from the orphanage in regards to his nephew, Donnie. Robin: Oh no! Sarah: Robby, what's wrong?! Robin: I'm gonna kill Doris for this one. Sarah: What did she do this time?! Robin: She abandoned her son at an orphanage with a note saying, "You're a burden. I hate you, and you ruined everything for me! I don't want to see you ever!!!" I told Doris that I wouldn't expose you and Brandy to this. Yet, she didn't take my words seriously. Doris saw this as a personal challenge and did exactly what she did. Sarah: Even still, Donnie shouldn't be punished for Doris's mistake. We can take him in and raise him properly. Robin: Are you sure?! I mean.... Sarah: Of course. You're a good man, Robby. Your uncle, Alex, would've been proud of you. Robin and Sarah formally adopt Donnie as their son and raise him to be a good person. Despite being cousins, Donnie and Brandy see themselves as brother and sister. They later adopt a daughter whom they name, Alexis(Lexi for short), and a son, Grayson. 10 years later, Doris is seen at their doorstep miserable, disheveled, and broke. Robin: Doris, what are you doing here?! Doris: Randy kicked me out of his mansion after he found out what I did. Mom wouldn't take me in because she didn't want any of my scandalous affairs in her home. Even dad was no help and did what mom wanted. You're the only family I got left, Robin. Can you help me?! Robin: After all the times you didn't appreciate my help and tried to turn me against Sarah, never! You brought all this on you, and you need to be responsible for your own mess ups. Sarah: You heard him. Leave! Doris notices Donnie next to the door. Doris: Hi, son. I'm your mom, Doris. Donnie:(shoving her away) You're not my mommy. (pointing to Sarah) She's my mommy. She and dad took care of me when I was sick, brought me, Brandy, Lexi, and Grayson to school, and gave us all their love. You're just a stranger. Robin: You heard Donnie. Forget you ever had a family, Doris. Robin slams the door in Doris's face. She now regrets her terrible behavior far too late and is alone for the rest of her life.
Robin cared more about his manipulative sister Doris than his wife Sarah. I don’t blame Sarah for throwing a slipper at him, he deserves it for being mean to her and taking sides with Doris. Doris is no better because she manipulated her brother and kicked him out when she no longer needed him. Both Robin and Doris are the villains
Robin has lost everything thanks to his own sister's actions and there's no coming back from that reality ever plus he has forgotten about one thing: your own family must come first even if your sister ask you for help, and like it or not your wife and child first then your sister afterwards down the line.
I've been in that man's shoes. I was used by a close family member and tossed aside when I decided to finally live my life and was no longer of use to her. I lost so much in helping her and I was hurt but thankfully I had a wife and friends who cared.
When a man gets married, he have his own family to take care of... After he got married, he ended up catering his family without caring of his own family, it's doesn't work out... don't reflect it.
Yup! That's true! He should give his attention to his wife not his sister! His sister has her own husband to take care of her and the baby! At first I thought he was lying about his sister because he treated her like his own pregnant wife then his own wife!
the wife didn't need another man. her baby will grow up to be an independent woman and won't be interested in men. did the sister leave her son to her brother? the man will pass away alone while the women are thriving in life
No. It's possible she tried to pass her son off as her husband's own. Doris was confronted by her ex-lover, John, who demanded to see his son and when Randy found out she lied to him, everything fell apart for her. He was angry at her for lying to him about John, divorced her and left her with nothing. After Randy left, he took Doris to court and when the judge learned what she did to him in refusing to let him see their son, he was furious. He announced that John has full custody of the boy and Doris is only allowed supervised visitation. This means she will be assigned to a social worker to make sure she's following the terms of the ruling. She ends up at rock bottom once everyone about her terrible scheme and refuses to hire her. Doris ends up having to work in a seedy diner, having to pay child support to John and regretting how she treated Robin and even Sarah too late. She now understands that there are no shortcuts in life and she has to work for it and wishes she had never listened to her selfish mother, Dorothy.
The other lady the man claimed it's his sister! He didn't care about his own wife and son! How would you treat your sister like a wife to you? It's very strange that the husband treats his wife like he doesn't care about her! He took his sister over his wife which is not good! Maybe it could be his second wife! He should've reported her of what she had done by taking off and abondoned her baby and having fun at the beach while her baby is suffering! But he just played alone while his beloved wife is suffering with her own baby too! What a disgrace! 😱
Here's my follow up ending. Doris is confronted by her previous lover, John, whom is angry at her. Doris: What are you doing here?! John: Don't play innocent with me!!!! I know how you treated my friend, Sarah, when she was pregnant with her daughter, Mila. You forgot you were nothing without me!!! Randy: Doris, who is this lunatic?? John: I think it's time we properly introduced ourselves. I'm Doris's former lover, John, and the kid you're raising is my son with her. Randy: WHAT?! HE'S YOUR SON?! John: That's right, Randy. Doris wasn't as innocent as she played you and Robin. Here's the DNA test if you don't believe me. He hands the results to Randy who is in complete shock over everything. His shock turns to anger when he faces Doris. Randy: YOU LIED TO ME!!! YOU SAID YOUR LOVER ABANDONED YOU AND YOUR KID!!! Doris: Randy, let me explain. It's all.... Randy: It's no misunderstanding nor mistake. You kept John away from his son, Donnie. How could you?!! I thought you were a caring person. Doris: I am... You.... Randy: Save it! I'm divorcing you and you're not getting anything from me! John: I'm taking custody of Donnie. You're never going to see him again after what you did to me! Go manipulate Robin for all I care, but you will never experience true happiness as long as you keep behaving like your mom. Doris is horrified to learn that Randy went through with his divorce and left her with nothing. John is given full custody of Donnie in light of what she did to him and only allowed supervised visitation. Doris ended up staying alone for the rest of her life. Sarah meets a wonderful man in Jack and he is a father figure to her daughter.
I'm sorry but when you get married, your spouse comes first. I understand he tried to help his sister but he should have put more focus on his wife, who was carrying his child! Glad his wife kicked him out because he was being more caring of his sister than her and the sister used him until she got another man.

I think Sarah should've kept both babies w/ her, since Doris clearly won't raise her son herself.
Or maybe she was planning to pass her son off as her rich lover's own.
It's fine that he wanted to be there for his sister, but he should have prioritized his wife's pregnancy not his sister's.
