I'm glad to see Harry has ended up with Kelly at the end of the story and I do agree with the moral of the story about women's true beauty can be found only in their soul unlike Ms. Pearson who abuse her job as a dating service just to have Harry all to herself because he's rich and only wanted to marry him so she can live in a luxury life.
I would've ended it with this. Patricia Pearson is seen seething mad over not leaving her loser fiancé, Harry, and her potential marriage to him. Patricia: That was supposed to be my marriage, not hers. Man: You don't deserve it. You are a capricious, heartless, and selfish person who deserves to lose everything in life. Patricia is shocked when she turns around and finds out that her fiancé, Christian, is here. Patricia: Chris, you weren't supposed to be back for another month. Christian: I came back early because I was going to surprise you with dinner at our favorite place in Amore's and a trip to Bali. To my anger and shock, Harry told me everything you did to Kelly. Threatening her job when you know I own the dating services and trying to pass it off as your own. Wow, Patricia, I wouldn't have thought you were capable of such things. But here you are doing such and trying to dump me by calling me a loser all over social media. My mom was right about you all along. My friends were right. You will never change. I'm calling off our engagement. Patricia: Chris, you can't be serious. You.... I.... Christian: I haven't lost my mind. You have, Patty. I gave up everything to make you happy, working abroad to help build my business to the success it is, only for you to do this to ME! You are nothing more than a disgusting gold digger with a heart of stones and who cares for no one but herself. The moment we get home, I want you to surrender your credit cards, keys to my collection of luxury cars, the engagement ring I gave you, pack your things, and leave. Oh, and by the way, you're fired from the managerial spot. I've already cleared out your office. The moment they got back to the loft, she saw how serious and angry he was with her. Patricia turns over everything to Christian, packs her things, and leaves the loft. She was forced to find herself an apartment to live in, find a new job, and make a living. No one wants to hire Patricia because of her cruelty to Kelly and the way she mistreated Christian by insulting him all over social media along with trying to pass off the dating service agency as her own. She ends up going back to the one place she had to go back to: Prostitution. Patricia is seen regretting her terrible behavior far too late, especially with unscrupulous rich men hitting on her.
I would say the person in charge of a dating service ended up wanting to scam clients. In any dating service, an agent is normally supposed to set their clients up on a date. Not date clients themselves. I mean what if the agent themselves aren't the right fit? If the agent refuse to play matchmaker, that agent would deserve to lose that job. Real dating agent is not supposed to be competitive in the 1st place.
That line towards the end, "I have to change for Harry." She just wants to look extra special dressed up for her groom on her wedding day and not how she usually looks, but it's still her.
Harry is the guy who hates selfish and heartless, even arrogant women with a rotten personality so he decided for Kelly because of her pure and kind heart and sweet personality
I'm sure Patricia's business went belly-up. I'm sure that the guy let everyone know about her actions. I mean would anyone want to seek service from a woman who THREATENED her own employees?

Patricia: That was supposed to be my marriage, not hers. Man: You don't deserve it. You are a capricious, heartless, and selfish person who deserves to lose everything in life. I need someone who is reliable and won't ruin my business like you have. The moment they got back to the loft, she saw how serious and angry he was with her. Patricia turns over everything to Christian, packs her things, and leaves the loft. She was forced to find herself an apartment to live in, find a new job, and make a living. She ends up going back to the one place she had to go back to: Prostitution. Patricia is seen regretting her terrible behavior far too late, especially with unscrupulous rich men hitting on her. Kelly is visited by Christian whom is her real boss at the dating agency. Harry is shocked to see him there. Christian: Kelly, please come back. My ex-fiancée, Patricia, did you wrong when she threatened you, and my mom recorded what she was doing in secret. Kelly: Mr. Harper. I never said anything bad about you, and I thought..... Christian: I know. I apologize for any inconvenience you went through with Patricia, and I regret leaving her in that position as manager. She was immature, self-centered, narcissistic, and demeaning. Patricia was dragging my business down with her nonsense, insulting me all over social media and decimating my staff. I should've given the managerial position to you instead. You have the maturity, professional, and moral fortitude to help me turn my dating agency around. Kelly: Mr. Harper, I appreciate this. However, I've moved on. Harry: Christian, I found her a better job at my mother's place of work. She is happy to have Kelly help her manage her wedding agency. Kelly: I'm sorry, Mr. Harper. I can help you find someone to manage your agency. Sometime later, with Kelly's help, Christian is able to hire professional and polite staff for his agency. He hires a more professional manager in Martha Peterson and turns his dating agency around. Christian implements an anti-bullying clause to help prevent future incidents.
I thought a dating agency is supposed to help their client find their match. Not be in it for themselves. 2:34 is not a good example because a dating agent is not supposed to be judging others by appearance. I mean what if the client prefers someone older. 3:44. A dating agent is not suppose to be going against the client's preferences because their job is to find the client's match. She is definitely not doing a job that a dating agent is supposed to do. If herself is not a right match, a dating agent is supposed to focus on finding someone else. If everything is a competition to her, she is better off not working at the dating agency. All she will do is be miserable at that job.
Plus Patricia's mindset also do not match the mindset of working in the dating agency. Plus working in that dating agency is not supposed to be about dating clients in the 1st place. She had been in it for herself. She was not doing it for clients which means that mind as well be the same as running a scam.
I bet her fiance returned when he heard about what she did to Kelly from his friend, Harry. Let's just say Patricia lost everything and was left to be a prostitute.

That antagonist looked like Mandy from Totally Spies.

Exactly💯.
