77 Caprice: Budget build that anyone can do.

This 1977 Chevrolet Caprice is a project car that was purchased in an attempt to make a drag car/ street car out of. The Inline 6 and 2004r transmission comes out in preparation for a 6.0 LS and TH350 trans. Today we tear it down and get it prepped for a new drivetrain.

That's almost a shame taking the inline 6 out, I've never seen one in the downsized B-body. Only V6's and even that is rare to see.

What inline 6 was in it I have an 84 caprice Landau that I want to drop a forged built 250 inline with boost

That was inline 6. The 80's ones had V6's.

Is a 250 C.I. Straight 6. It could be the same as a nova engine depending on the year of the nova.
