Do You Wash Off Toner Before Moisturizer?

- No, you typically don’t wash off toner before applying moisturizer.
Here's how to apply it correctly:
Cleansing: Clean your face with your regular cleanser to remove impurities. Dry your face afterwards.
Toning: Post-cleansing, use a cotton pad with a bit of toner and sweep it across your face and neck. You can also use your hands to apply it directly.
Wait: Let the toner dry. It takes about a few minutes for exfoliating acid toners and 30-60 seconds for hydrating ones.
Moisturizing: Afterward, apply the moisturizer to seal in hydration. Do not rinse it off.
Sunscreen: If it's daytime and you're exposed to sun, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen.

I think toner is better to use with a cotton pad because it remove dirt aswell
Generally, with today's advanced formulations, you can easily wash your face thoroughly, leaving no dirt behind. While this practice was essential in the past, it may not be necessary for everyone nowadays.
