@@CDDukaLaw why is that? Sex classification fits the four criteria for suspect and quasi-suspect classification: 1. History of pervasive discrimination or negative stereotypes because of a trait. 2. The trait which is the cause of discrimination (e.g. sex and sexuality) does not significantly affect the ability to contribute. 3. That character or trait is immutable or it would cause an irreparable damage if the government force to change it. 4. The group which possess that trait is an insular minority or have not enough number to democratically change the policies and views imposed against them. In this case, LGBTQIA+, indigenous people, women, illegitimate children black people and the like are qualified for that suspect or quasi-suspect classification.
