atty. may tanong po ako. tinangal kame sa pwesto ko ng Manager under company po Yung manager. Wala naman valid reason binalik kami sa agency namin Kasi under agency kame na walang due process sabi naman ng agency namin bibigyan kame ng bagong pwesto. pero ayaw namin sa bagong pwesto.. pasok po ba Yun sa security of tenure? makukuha ko ba Yung separation fee ko? Kasi 8 years na ako sa Agency namin ganun din sa pwesto ko. salamat sana mabasa mo to ATTY.
