Great video, as always! 3:43 I’ve found that jumping along horizontally while trying to time the sliding when necessary is the best for me. I don’t feel like there’s much to be “learned” here. Toad ocilates side to side, at a speed which increases and then resets to zero. The point where it resets is the best point to start on tricky jumps because you have a brief period of not as muchc movement. Similarly, if you want to clip through a wall, it’s best to face the wall so you’re touching it throughout the whole oscilation thing, and then turn horizontally to it right at the peak of the oscillations. 7:10 it never occured to me you could just jump across there... iirc in my releasio 1 stream i fell off several times when the thwomp hit me... im dumb 7:46 past you should’ve tried to jump up and get the secret on the third block. When I was talking about people "learning" to work with the sliding, I more so meant has anybody been able to take advantage of the sliding in real time, non-TAS? Like, has anyone learned the right time to turn to get the desired result? The most I do is try to time stuff when the sliding resets, so I don't go too far off course. -Hmmm... your detective work is impressive, but still flawed. And here I thought that you would be a threat to the mission.- -I expected more, White. You're close, but so far off. And besides, no one would believe such a leap in logic.-
