What a great RUclips video! You traverse the city of San Francisco showing, absolutely, beautiful shots of the city by the bay. I wish the city where i live could muster up the energy to create a bicycle highway that would mirror yours. San Francisco, you are a great city!
I really like this video. Using your rides while on my trainer this winter. Much more fun than watching videos of riding in pelotons. And with a nor'easter blowing outside here in New England, much more fun than being outside! I admire your restraint with some of the dolts on the paths. I'm usually fuming.
+Robert Damora Just a commuter that (rarely) goes for the occasional weekend ride. The bike was my 2013 Cannondale Trail SL 1 29er. (Original frame, had to have it replaced in 2015 when it cracked at the seat stay.)
Contour ROAM 2, mounted on the handlebars. I've done a few videos with the camera mounted on my helmet, but I must be more squirrelly than the average video-cyclist, because the camera just moves all over the place. I prefer the smothness and prefer to put the camera where the rest of the bike isn't in frame. I had a few trickling requests to do helmet-cam and then the same people quickly said "NO, STOP, NEVERMIND".
Thank you for your fast reply! After I sent my question I realized that maybe you did in fact put a camera on the bar because after watching your videos again they are smooth(er) then a helmet cam. And when you would turn your head around the camera did not. So ya, stick with bar mount as I will try that myself! Also in the Larkspur run, you could also ride straight ahead after riding up that short grade along Hwy. 101 n/b and it will have a nice down hill and then a very short incline and your just about at the lights/intersection there in CM. Again thanks and keep safe!
+dancudds Thanks for the tip, I think this was more-or-less my first venture in Marin that far. www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=zW2xDTrm4GZk.kXLThCWWzbPc&usp=sharing I'm not sure I'd have noticed it on the map without your tip.
Thx for the ride! Like it:-)

San Francisco, you are a great city!
+Robert Damora Well, only the first 1/3rd is in San Francisco, the rest is north in Marin.
WOW! Brings back memories of a time I used to bike around SF and Marin! Great video! :)
Thanks!

You might have already answered this, but I couldn't find it.... but from the shadow, is your GoPro on your helmet and not on your chest? Thanks.

My latest big Bay Area bridge ride on the SF-O Bay Bridge: ruclips.net/video/YTzZKsExFC8/видео.html
Took a while to get out of Mill Valley there. I find a better route is to go up over Camino Alto.

SF Bicycle It's a weird one for sure. There's an old rail tunnel that the path takes you to but it's blocked off for now.
I think I found that, comes out just north-west of Marin Brewing...
Did you ride over bump in the bike path
Bump?
Or I would love to go on a bike ride with you on my mountain bike
