Far from terrible, but it could use some small improvements, in my opinion. Theres a bit too much of the scratchy plastic noise when the camera moves, its extremely distracting and doesnt feel like it corresponds to the movements of the camera at all. Secondly, the swaying motion of the camera left and right when your character walks is waaay exaggerated, it makes me think he's waddling around like a giant penguin. Try actually strapping your phone to your head and running/walking around with the video on, there are various free softwares that can help import the motion data from doing that into blender or unreal or whatever you are using as a camera track, you can use that at least as a baseline.
