I worked as a server at an incredibly busy all you can eat restaurant before I started my REP business. I’ve had conversations with every type of person imaginable. I’ve worked service jobs in retail and small photography stores, and I have to say that the people skills I learned in those jobs have helped me keep clients more than anything else. I’ve had agents book me solely for the fact that they enjoy my presence and tell me that they feel comfortable with me. It’s completely true that good people skills and service definitely plays a part in your success.
Such incredible advice! I’ve been “passionate” about photography for over a decade. But starting my real estate photography business was because I was almost the LEAST excited about it but it has the clearest, most repeatable process.

100% same. I’ve done all sorts of jobs, serving included, and having a high tolerance for customer service is much a necessary skill lol

Jordan, do you recommend 3 brackets or 5 for the photography aspect?
Hey! I do 2.0 EV 3 for interiors and 2.0 EV 5 for exteriors if it’s an especially sunny day.
People want to do business with motivated people. If you work with top performers, they want to surround themselves with awesome people.
100%, so be awesome!!
