Good morning Lena. I hope your concert in the church went well. What a lovely way to get into the festive spirit. Alex and Danny are coming over shortly to help me prepare. They wanted to make the starter and dauphinois potatoes, and ai will prepare the cauliflower cheese, red cabbage and bread sauce and get the rest of the vegetables peeled and prepped and of course the pudding.
