Taking the Eurostar Train from London to Amsterdam | Is It Worth It?

there always were security and passport checks to board the Eurostar even before Brexit. the UK was never in the Schengen zone.

There was also full passport control before the UK left the EU. The UK was never part of the Schengen area.

yes and no, we werent checked at all when going to france with the bus on the car train. maybe the passenger eurostar is different?

@@SimonBauer7 Likely a case of laziness by officials. Whether then or now, it was supposed to be done.

Very confusing time wise you have arrived st. Páncreas 4:10
I thought it was 04'10 hrs or 04:10 am but when I saw the time you arrived in Amsterdam I realised it was 16:10 hrs or 4:10 pm
I did think St. Páncreas looked busy for 04:00hrs or 4:10 am using the 24 hour clock leaves no doubt what time of day it is just a thought

For me, living in Belgium for almost 3 years, i havent once taken eurostar. Staying on the continent is so much cheaper and more convenient.
