Which makes me the jerk who can tell someone "yeah you're not playing that right", while not being able to play it right myself haha. I keep my mouth shut. But you sir, nailed it. Also, great voice. The biggest struggle for me in this song isn't the actual guitar part, it's the opening bar of the verse.... the syncopated open E, harmonic, fretted 5th E... easy to play without singing, totally throws me when I add vocals. I find it helps to play more of the fill-in notes in between, but he doesn't do that all the time, sometimes it's sparse. That's where I get lost, as in whatever I did worked, but I didn't really play it correctly.
