Have you figured out how to cut kindling in bulk like this? What have you done? Please let me know.

In version 2 of your rack, instead of using straps, fix a post/piece of lumber on the top in such a way that it can rotate over the kindling and fix it on the other side of the rack with a lever mechanism in such a way that you compress the kindling into the rack/jig. I also think the V-shaped rack with the wider top and more capacity would increase efficiency.

That's a great idea! When I was editing this video, I also thought of something similar. V-shape is for sure a go to. And the ratchet straps are a short coming. Some sort of mechanical brace to compress it down.

Looks good. Why not bundle (wrap with twine) before removing from rack?

Mainly because I use a firewood bagger to bag and sell the kindling. For myself, I just pull it off the pile when I need it. I did use twine when I started bundles, but it was hard on my hands and not efficient, in my opinion. I could never figure out a fast way to tie the bundles and keep them tight. Here is how I am making bundles now: ruclips.net/video/EvvW-6Y9UkQ/видео.html
