Great video guys, thank you for taking the time to do it. we have a caravan and motor show in Belfast every February which you can walk around in an hour, unfortunate, must get over to the NEC, thanks again
Hi John, yes, you certainly need to pop over - this video doesn't really do the show justice. Its huge - and we never made it into the Accessories area or the more specialised motorhomes... Take care Dan
Another job well done. Great to see Andrew Ditton with a guest appearance, I have got to say his vlogs gave me a lot of inspiration and confidence when I started caravanning too. Keep up the good work.
Great Video guys, As Andrew said it helps those of us who are very new to caravaning to get the answers to those all important questions. We were there on Wednesday and saw you filming. We were so inspired we actually bought a new van while we were there!! Well done :-)
Hi you should have popped over and said hi - we don't bite, well not much ;-) And that is fantastic news on your new purchase. Which van have you bought ? Speak soon - Dan
Hi Dan, We chose a Swift Ace Diplomat (Sprite Major 4 SB) from Wandahomes in the end. We nearly went for the Sprite from Swift themselves but Wandahome offered a much better version of the van for a better price.
Dan you did a fantastic job of that vid. I love your editing. You are going to end up the king of the caravan world. Loved it. Even Jeremy Clarkson would have liked that vid lol. Keep up the good work
Hey Buddy - Thank you. This isn't my best work, i took some pretty poor footage while there, so this is the best of a bad situation. Thanks for your comment Take care Dan
Thank you Dawn - i know exactly what you mean. Poor Ang is still a bit broken from the running aroud ! Speak soon - It was great to finally meet you too Dan
Fantastic video, I didn't bump into you but I'm in your footage!!! I was at the andy Torbet talks, I am a scuba diver and climber so I'm a big fan of his. I'm 28 use my mum and dad's motorhome in years to come I hope to have a caravan, Keep up the channel I am a big fan
great video. we are brand new caravan virgins at 50 yrs old so are looking for our first caravan and the info you provide is invaluable. keep up the great work.
Hi dan only came across your youtube channel today and is fantastic, a little bit about us. we have sold our family home and will be buying a caravan and travelling the uk. family of 4 and a dog , crazy adventures ahead, thanks adam
Hi adam, pleased to meet you, and wow it sounds like an awesome adventure ahead of you guys. Take care, and you must video some of your adventures and share with us all. Dan
Hi dan sorry for a late reply, its been a dream for many years, thank you and yes we will document our adventures as much as possible, thanks again. Adam
Great video Dan, we went a few years ago but only for 1 day so missed quite a bit. wish my video editing was as good as yours looking forward to the next installment. regards Jon
Hi Jon, Yep - i know what you mean - its huge. at least 2 days to do this show justice, even then we didn't cover it all. Im not too proud of this video - A lot of footage was useless , but onwards and upwards Dan
The sound is good, the pictures are clear - what more do you want? There is never any shortage of people who complain at videos but those that complain never have published anything themselves. If they want professional quality stuff then let them watch the television and not You Tube!
Hi The Trudgens, I'm 22 and have been caravanning with my parents since my early teens. Two years ago my parents decided to give up caravanning so i asked if I could take the caravan over as I had an appropriate car and the outfit is light enough that I could tow it on my license. Two years later i've never looked back.
Hi Dan, thanks for your first day video form the Caravan. I am not able to go. I got flu. :( :( I wanted to visit Murvy. Would you take a video about the Pimento, please? Thanks Peter
Great video, well produced. Reminds me of my days there with friends when it first started. Maybe you will need to sell the wife as well as the children to get that motorhome-make sure you get a good price for her! 😏
Strange what different people look for when going away. You say wifi is a must for you when considering a site. For me, along with tv and aerials it's the last thing I want! Nice channel, subbed, thanks for the work you put in for us.
Quick Fire Answers. No bed, gas, awning, both, sunset, site shower, south, summer, to see what's new and find solutions to problems. Looks like you had a busy time. We went last year and were exhausted after just one day.
Morning Steve, yes - we had just 2 days there, i honestly don't know how the guys do it for the duration of the show... its exhausting. Thanks for dropping by. Dan
Hi Justin, yes - and quite a motorhome it was too ! We are not in the market for a motorhome yet, and as such this reflects our tour of the show. I would expect that when we are ready to purchase a motorhome, you will see a lot more on this channel ! Thanks for popping by Dan
I am a motorhomer, not a caravanner, and as such cannot understand why anyone would want a eight feet wide caravan. It sounds like far too much to me. I wanted to ask someone at the show but I forgot. I was in the press room every day at the show!
Hi Alan, to be honest - i agree. it just seemed too much. I spoke with John who asked me "Would I be happy towing an 8ft'er " and I have to say I wouldn't be. Can you imagine the carnage down a Devon country lane ?? I think we saw you in the Press room when we popped in for a coffee & you were chatting with Andy Torbet. While we sorted our our schedule. Thanks for popping by Dan
The Trudgians Sorry I did not see you then! I was indeed talking to Andy there! I don't suppose I will go to Birmingham again but I do go to Dusseldorf and Stuttgart most years. Next year, I might give Paris a try! Regards from Norwich!
Thank you for your videos and all you share. Very useful information and much appreciated!
Once again great blog guys. Can't wait to have a look around on Sunday !
Hey James - Strong shoes... wear strong shoes, and enjoy yourself !!

Buddy's Insight totally agree with your comment
Buddy's insight about time you got your finger out its been too long. How's that z1000?
Great video. It certainly is tiring its not just the walking it's all the stepping in and out of the caravans and motorhomes.
Thank you Dawn - i know exactly what you mean. Poor Ang is still a bit broken from the running aroud !
Speak soon - It was great to finally meet you too

subbed, nice video what camera do you use?
Morning i use a Canon 80d and the lens varies between a 10mm-18mm and a 18mm - 135mm depending on what im filming.
I hope that helps.
Dan

The Trudgians Definitely has to be the Isle of Skye in Scotland, it's simply breathtaking! Keep up the good work guys!
Hi Dan, thanks for your first day video form the Caravan.
I am not able to go. I got flu. :( :(
I wanted to visit Murvy. Would you take a video about the Pimento, please? Thanks Peter
Great video, well produced. Reminds me of my days there with friends when it first started.
Maybe you will need to sell the wife as well as the children to get that motorhome-make sure you get a good price for her! 😏
haha, I'm sure i would get a great price for a "one previous owner" wife.
Thanks for commenting !
Dan
