At 16:46 he pronounces maheśvaras as the worshippers of Shiva; it should be māheśvaras. I do hope the speakers learn and have a better hold over Sanskrit lest they become ridiculed like Romila who pronounces devotpāṭana as devotpaṇṇa, rājataraṇgiṇī as rājataraṅgaṇī.
I have not read any books of romilla thapar, but I do know that somnath temple was attacked by Muslim rulers. This fact should be embedded in our history and be part of history education. Shame on romilla thapar.
