There is no way to look at this as being a negative so I’m not sure what the big deal is. They added more rewards, so what, that’s a good thing. Its probably a trigger and when we hit I milestone more get added automatically. I also saw a mod on the discord say the same thing.

They got rid of the holiday calender for some stupid reason, didn't bring back the revive or gold farms (however now they're only bringing back the gold farms post banquet) and what's the good thing about rewards getting added in the last minute when we couldn't reach them. Kabam overhyped this event and blatantly lied about not wanting to make a huge gap between whales and f2p players when all the compensations go towards the whales
Conspiracy theory, but I think they did this so next year they can say (technically and truthfully) how great the stretch rewards were. Those additions aren't anywhere near good enough to expect the community to run to the MCOC store to buy more unit packs, but they can now say stretch goals included a guaranteed rank 2->3 and three 7*s, instead of the original milestones which only included 1000 Titan shards.
These rewards should have been there from the beginning. People would have spent more if they knew all the rewards but by doing it this way they limit how much they could make in a short period of time
The reason they did this is people would not be upset if we didn't hit the final milestones like the Crystal Cleanse Event or Battlegrounds Realm Event. I predicted 10 billion points for the final milestones before the Banquet Event started which we didn't reach because the crystals sucked. This is very similar to Crystal Cleanse Realm Event where we only got 660 million points out of 1 billion points.
Brian Grant doesn't like The Banquet Event he has made videos on it. The reason is 4 years ago free to play players use to be near on par with spenders not anymore a new account can easily surpass a 10 year old account in prestige by spending money in the game.
I’m not a super spender, but i could get allmost all the milestones still… as you said we dont know what kabam did what they did. As you also said it must be the rank rewards, many people were gathering at the top.
I invested heavy but just came back to game so this even has kick started me beautifully. However while the even was good for someone just going from 6 to 7 star champs it probably wasn't wonderful for end game players.

The rewards for the realm event are so out of order. 7 class selector should have been below 7* isophyne. 7* titan should have been 3-4 levels above her and even should be nexus to make it more enticing to players. The amount of units and money to spend to make it to those milestones should have better value than what has been given.
Hey Rich, is the life flood of the game is new players coming in or low to mid-level players pushing forward why not gear some of your content towards them. It’s great to target the free to players but the spenders keep the game going and it would be interestingto see the suggestions for players on a low budget and how they can progress. Best progress in the game.

It's -26°C (without the windchill) right now where I'm at, and it's expected to get into the -30's in the next few days, and we get a fair bit of high winds in the Canadian prairies (30-70 kmph windspeeds). -1 to -5 would be awesome balmy weather for me lol.

This banquet was exactly what they said it wasn’t, an attack on FTP players
1k titan shards in milestones are awkward rewards. They must have replaced them with 10k or full titan.. But again introducing more 1k shards

The black screen has been a glitch/Bug I’ve noticed in game or after purchasing. Off and on the past week.

Challenges are effort+units and a chance of falling short of revives or absolute failure

Hey Rich, for 31-90 the 7* 3-4 rank up gem crystal has the same image as the 2025 voucher in the tiers above so probably is a visual glitch

The odd thing for me is they have already stopped the unit deals. If they were still on i'd be tempted to buy some more units and buy more crystals.
