Autoglym foam cannon is good, but having both the Autoglym and mjjc cannons, I just prefer the mjjc foam cannons, the Autoglym is my next favourite so far
Nice video and delivery. I think a true comparison of the 3 karcher units would to re-formulate the snow foam mix to have a fixed PIR, using the same concentration across the 3 machines with increasing levels of water flow (litres/min) will pull more mix for the snow canon and use more product and hence thicker foam? Interesting to see all the same as I have a 15 year old Karcher and looking to upgrade. Which unit is ‘adequate’ for the job?
Hi mix was the same for all 3 keeping that variable the same, with more flow you can move quicker, especially when rinsing without the Lance, but with a low, mid, or higher end domestic washer, the quick wash and protect end result is the same
Hello, thank you for guiding me about this Kanon foam. Does this Kanon foam work well with these two nozzles, 1.1 and 1.25, with any 180 bar pressure device, and there is no problem, or do we have to buy the 1.35 nozzle separately?
the 2 x nozzles come with the canon, smaller helps with lower pressure machines larger works fine with the k5-k7, you can always lower the pressure of the machine, as its not necessary for full pressure to was the car. but i use it at full pressure, just clean out the gun when finnished
Very nice video! Man that big versions looks so great! TO bad it costs so much here. I just bought a K2 Compact + Car kit and it was already almost double vs other countries. Plus i need to either get 220v at home or buy a big transformer/step up to big max watt
Can you comment or describe how you clean up the drive afterwards? Some reviews suggest that the snow foam can stick around for days... I heard that fabric softener helps dissolve it? (I would probably only use the first stage for interim washes, my wife has more faith in the car valets at the local supermarket for a proper cleaning, sigh...) I ask because I don't have a drive and would be doing this on the road/pavement outside my house. As I'm near a school I don't want to create a skid patch/injury lawyer paradise!!
If you use a thiner foam, changing gun flow, (as shown with the K4 on the side) this helps it disappear quicker, also if you jet wash over the foam the added water will also help it disappear
Enjoyed that! That's a very good finish for a relatively quick job. I can see the car is quite new but has it been machine polished? The gloss is great!
Thank you for the comment, It was the 1st time i had washed the Volvo, it had done 1500 miles from new, The astra you can see in the back ground has done over 170,000 miles, that was bought for my motors channel, that had been washed the week before, but i had Machine polished the astra earlier this year

Hi. I just changed K2 for K4 and bought exactly same foam gun. Did you ever tried differences from the bucket? I haven’t choice and using bucket water. K2 was better when I keep water source higher, over the floor but still needed building pressure. Hopefully k4 will be better. Tom
Hi, assume you’re using the highest pressure for the foam applications.. but what pressure do you use to rinse the car? I have a K5 but don’t want to risk damage to my paintwork.
Personally as i use to use pressure washers that were a pain to change the pressure as they didn't have adjustable lances like this, I still use full pressure but i stand with enough space from tip of the nozzle to the car, this gives a wide fan, which speeds up cleaning, but also dissipates the pressure of the spray compared to being close up, the further away you are the less pressure is applied to what you are cleaning,
i was blown away by the thickness on the k2 with the MJJC i expected it more with the K7, it still surprises me how people don't do a contact wash then blame the pressure washer
Thank you for your comment, I mentioned in the video at 2:13 about dilution of the product, as for the canon only being 25% filled, it depends on the car you are washing, I had enough product in to wash that Volvo v90 which is a large car, a smaller car you would use even less, a van maybe more, With the Mjjc canon having a weighted suction tube it can suck products right from the bottom of the cannon, no point in wasting product, also with correct dilution and using the correct amount, the autoglym products do go along way
Can you tell me, on K7 what setting did you use. Cant get tick foam and its using solution pretty fast. On 1 I got best result but still not tick. One thing I figured out, when using without gun, it goes to foam mode and it starts pulling air trough shampoo inlet on pressure washer so I also tried tapping nozzle so it doesn't take air trough it as it is taking it trough snow lance.
On all the pressure washers I am using full power pressure model mode, not detergent mode, the suction you feel on the tube in detergent mode is supposed to be there to suck detergent in if your not using a foam cannon, I don’t recommend that as it takes ages to get clean water for rinsing again, I don’t know if your using a mjjc foam cannon but make sure that there is no soap blockage from previous uses and not being cleaned through, try adjusting flow on the cannon and nozzle width to see if that helps check that any air inlet to the cannon bottle isn’t blocked, check that the foam is diluted to correct ratio as well
@Rich Man Poor Tech mjjc, it switches after few seconds to normal mode (preasure, not mix for soap) but if I go on full power, the flow is to strong it simply rinses everything of car, on 1 is max. I used koch chemie GSF and did like 60ml to 1l. They say 20 to 1l but that is to little. I watched so many wideos of mjjc and GSF, foam was like shaving cream, cant get anything like that and If I put more detergent, that doesn't make sense.

As I’ve not used a ceramic coating myself I don’t have the experience to give you a definitive answer, the polar seal is a good sealer protector but my understanding of a ceramic coating is that it’s a hard smooth shell that stops dirt from adhering to, I would imagine that the polar seal would just wash off but I’m sure that a channel like forensic detailing may be able to help you further sorry wish I could help you more
