I believe that you can do a capsule wardrobe in colours and garments and style that suit you and your lifestyle. It doesn't have to be beige, black, navy and white and can include prints.
@@evaboldt653 then most likely it’s not capsule, it’s just a fun wardrobe. Capsule pieces should be somewhat neutral to be able to wear on a daily basis
@@evaboldt653 I agree with you. I made a similar comment and she insists it's not a capsule. Her definition of a capsule wardrobe is rigid and very much influenced by social media
Agree with the base idea! And what you’ve also mentioned in other videos; that when you try clothes, you need to just be very, very critical, dont keep the buts and maybe’s. Is it exactly how you want it to be? Does it spark joy? Is it a good quality item? And importantly: can you think of multiple ways of styling it so that you know you will actually wear it? 😊😊
Love your blue dress! I think there is no need to stick to a capsule wardrobe if it makes one unhappy about not being able to buy the clothes they love just because they "exceeded" the no. of clothes they can own in their wardrobe.
You can do a genuine, legitimate capsule wardrobe with lots of colour. It's for people who look washed out in neutrals. It is a real thing! You just curate your outfits in colours that suit you and pieces that work well together.
I don't understand why people think a capsule wardrobe means a certain number and certain colours. Everyone's capsule wardrobe will have a different number due to their lifestyle and you can include colour and patterns in your capsule wardrobe. A capsule wardrobe also suggests that your pieces are more versatile and look good with one another.
@@shenelleramjewan2416 that’s the method and the whole idea of a capsule wardrobe. That’s why I don’t like it, everything else it’s just a regular wardrobe
Yeah, it is different ❤how she and others pronounce capsule. (Capshule) Another word would be Khaki. They pronounce it (Carr Key. 🔑 ) funny! Also, Zed instead of Z. We’re all different but the same in other ways.
I would love to know your opinions on capsule wardrobes ❤
tbh the clothes you wear over and over again, that’s your capsule. It doesn’t have to follow someone’s rules
totally agree
Absolutely right. I don’t know why more people haven’t realized this.
Thank god finally someone said it. Not everything meant to be worn everyday!!! It’s ok to have spacial pieces !!!

The capsule wardrobe templates would all be absolutely hideous on me cuz none of them are my style
