So I had these severe acne like all over my face ,like literally. They were Blackhead type of acne and my face was full of acne scars as well. But I got them all cleared in 3 months without expensive treatment. This is what I did. Note: This might not work for all but I'm just sharing my experience 1) I started exfoliating my face like not harshly like really gentle exfoliation every day 2) I used aloevera gel like 2 times a day 3) have a anti acne face wash(with salicylic acid). Aloevera alone does wonders tbh) That's all I did u have too be patient and I know it's hard to believe in process and be too exhausted to try and do it and it's all cleared now for me.
Lel me did nothing just used moisturizer and sunscreen and didn't got even a single acne pimple. But ya right to avoid blackheads and pigmentation or blackspots you need to cleanse your face twice or when you come back home from outside
While some people can do everything and still have acne , many people just don't have a proper routine to keep acne away. But it's always better to know the cause of your acne and these habits definitely help keep acne controlled -my doctor
VENT: i do everything, ive tried over twenty products for my acne, and it will never go away. i wash my pillow cases and bedsheets, i wash my face, i use products, cleansing water, i drink lots of water, and i just dont know what to do anymore. im in constant pain because my cheeks are covered with cistic acne filled with fluid and im afraid to let anything touch my face because i dont want it to pop. my parents keep procrastinating letting me see a dermatologist and im literally about to lose my mind
You're venting so if you don't want any advice, feel free to just ignore me. First of all, you aren't doing something wrong. It's not your fault or a failure if you can't get clear skin. Second, make sure you aren't using too many products (as in, multiple chemical exfoliants or other irritating products at once), there's a chance that could be irritating you and causing more pain. Also, for cystic acne you most likely will just need medication. I don't know why your parents are putting off a dermatologist appointment, but just try to tell them how much it would mean to you. The last thing is that you can find certain low-dosage medicated products in stores and that might help some (but it might not).
How I have clear skin and no acne: 1. Genetics 2. No makeup 3. Moisturize every day 4. Wash face every morning and night 5. If I get pimples, I leave them alone. Don’t aggravate it. Just let it be and it’ll go away over time.
And healthy skin is textured too, but these are very good ways to keep your skin clean and healthy. Don't let the beauty companies capitalize off your insecurities, so don't go buying crazy skin care products (besides js moisturizer and sunscreen) unless your actual doctor prescribes it to you!
also add some extra zinc to your diet either through supplement or by eating som leafy greens, seafood or garlic (koreans eat a lot of garlic) helps a lot with treating skin conditions like acne

@@sakuraharuno4667I just wanna add, for people with sensitive skin or who just started - applying benoxyl peroxide twice a day is too harsh! your skin will build some tolerance after time but in the beginning if used too much it can lead to peeling, pain and a burning sensation. there are also different percentages available, with higher ones usually used for body acne. I think people should start using it maybe 2 times a week and then up it accordingly to their skins needs. and never forget sunscreen lol benoxyl peroxide makes your skin more susceptible to the sun and therefore to skin cancer.
The moisturizer part is true. I have bad acne and oil easily builds up on my face skin. At first I thought it's just another additional expense and then after a week it change my life. I don't oil that badly, less acne and I look really supple.
Washing your face twice everyday is really important to me and I never had a pimple or anything like that before. I don't use any products, just cold water. I often drink less water than I should, that's something I definitely have to improve😬
Another tip: eat healthier, I try to keep my meals healthy and well balanced and it shows on my skin, but lately I have been eating too much sugar and unhealthy fats and again it showed and got so many stubborn pimples and this (along with some kgs I gained) really reminded me that I should manage my eating habits

1. Drink lots of water (2.7 liters or 11 cups) 2. Balance your diet (avoid eating junk food or sugery stuff) 3. Sleep 9-11 hours 4. Don't wash your face more then one time if you don't wear makeup. I personally only Wash my face with a cleanser before bed because I found that i keep my skin barrier healthier which prevents breakouts but j do moisturize in the morning ofc
actually I would highly recommend you to use a moisturizer at night after washing your face. this is because, we lose more water and moisture during the night compared to during the day. this is bad for your skin barrier as you need your skin to be hydrated in order for it to be healthy. you may not see the effect of it now. but, you will see them once you are older.

As someone who had the worst case of acnes and survived I'd like to share the real tips that works for real people not someone who doesn't have acnes,,
It took me 2.5 years to get rid of acnes I had to see a dermatologist.
You need to wash your face with a gel based cleanser for at least 3 minutes... yes be gentle and never rub too hard, just massage your face with facewash for 3 minutes because it has to take time to kill all the Germs from your face which causes acnes..
If you already have acnes then avoid makeup,, also use Benzoyl peroxide 2 times a day as treatment.. and clindamycin too.. other medicines will be prescribed by the doctor.. my doctor prescribed me a medicine with 5% benzoyl peroxide and 1% clinda mycin.. your skin will be dry and worse for first 7 days.. you can stop using for few days if it feels too bad.. then start again.. it takes 3 months to see visible results..
have you tried accutane? I had painful cystic acne for 12 years ( i tried birth control, diet change, antibiotics, doxycyline) nothing worked until i got on accutane and it saved me, yes I had to do monthly blood tests and had terrible back pain but I would still do it all over again. It helped get rid of all my body and chest acne too. Please ask your derma about it.
thats just bad genetics. if its really really severe id try to get accutane perscribed
I do all of these but it doesn't help 🙁 I sometimes hate when all these pretty girls say how they're insecure when they look so amazing. I've been struggling with acne & pimples for 3 years now and whatever I do or try it doesn't go away, I can't even make eye contact with people beacuse of it
I mixed this cream
It’ was Lotion Vaseline soap water drunk elephant and some other products I put this on my skin everyday and it works
So I had these severe acne like all over my face ,like literally. They were Blackhead type of acne and my face was full of acne scars as well. But I got them all cleared in 3 months without expensive treatment. This is what I did.
Note: This might not work for all but I'm just sharing my experience
1) I started exfoliating my face like not harshly like really gentle exfoliation every day
2) I used aloevera gel like 2 times a day
3) have a anti acne face wash(with salicylic acid). Any brand u find suitable and affordable
4) I started moisturizing my skin.(I thought oily skin doesn't need moisturizing, It does need it indeed)
And lastly, support it with any acne treatment cream or gel (it's not necessary but if you can then do. Aloevera alone does wonders tbh)
That's all I did u have too be patient and I know it's hard to believe in process and be too exhausted to try and do it and it's all cleared now for me.
Also you are beautiful bestie💕 no matter what you think you look like 🥰 I had insecurity becuz of them too I know what it feels like.
Hey guys as someone who struggled with acne most of this is nice but won't fix the problem. You need medication, but don't worry you can get over the counter treatments like differin and benzoyl peroxide. They saved my genetic bacne
I do all of these things but still have bad acne
It really depends on genetics
Yeah fr
Me. Now i'm already 33 still struggle with acne🤷♀️ sometime i feel hopeless.
6- reducing sugary food consumption
thanks for the tips!!! i love your videos and you’re so pretty
You're so welcome!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Don't forget that she's using celebrities and kpop stars as an example. Their agency usually pay for them to get expensive rigorous skin treatments at beauty clinics
Also all the photos she showed had filters and photo editing 🤷♂️ that’s just not how real skin looks like even with the most expensive treatments.
@@starbutterfly4860 Yes absolutely
I also found that stopping touching my face helped soo so much, like I used to constantly touch and pick at my face
Am I the only one who was staring at Karina and yeji the whole time (I love love them) I love their friendship ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I already do all of those and I still get acne. Genetics also play a big role in acne development.
first step: HAVE GREAT EAST ASAIN GENES
my east Asian family has such clear skin, while my filo side doesn't... But my skin has gotten better with a consistent skin routine and drinking water
btw ur skin is so beautiful today
I love your videos so much ❤️❤️. I wanted to ask if i can use vitamin c serum? I'm 13 years old
Since 2017 I started taking care of my skin seriously (at 14 years old) thanks to kbeauty and dermatologists. Mostly all my skincare products are Korean and my oily and acne-prone skin love them. Of course I cannot get rid off all pimples or texture, but balance is what I aim to achieve!
Hi, apparantly i have the same skin-type with yours. May i know what your basic skincare brand from korean brand? Moist-sunscreen-cleanser
The reason that East Asians have good skin is many of them go to get treatments at skin clinics but these tips are good too
actually, it’s all genetics. you’re welcome
no
babes it’s definitely not.
Not actually. Youre just suck in taking care of your hygiene and your diet
It's not genes. It's unstable hormone levels.
@@teoleno4019 which is regulated by your genes.
Sometimes its not about how ur treating your skin often times acne is caused by some hormonal problems, stress, medications, digestion problems, not taking enough sleep and bad eating habits.
Genes, diet, cheaper skin treatments, and good skincare is really how east asians have such good skin
I feel those in the comments saying " you need good genes " is a bit insensitive bc most of us are not born with it and our good skin comes from months of hard work and consistent maintenance.
I don't do any of these things and never had acne I guess I am lucky.:)
Same here
Omg! Why I have so bad acne 😢
I change my pillow case every day it's why my acne is reducing
drinking water helps to remove acne I have done this and it is very helpful
I have that waterbottle! Same shade same everything, its so cute! Thank you for the tips !
As someone who does all of the things she said, I can confirm it works, and I have only ever gotten 2 pimples, and that was before I started doing these habits.
Even if it doenst completely help to cure acne, it really helps people ~ someone that has struggled with acne for at least 9+ years
Lel me did nothing just used moisturizer and sunscreen and didn't got even a single acne pimple. But ya right to avoid blackheads and pigmentation or blackspots you need to cleanse your face twice or when you come back home from outside
It's so helpful! Can you make a video on tan cleaning ( body+ face) I am your big fan please make 💖🙏🏻
Karina and Yeji look gorgeous together 🥰✨
using a suitable face wash and then mosturizer according to your skin type and drinking water really helps a lot
Tip 6: edit ur photos :)
While some people can do everything and still have acne , many people just don't have a proper routine to keep acne away. But it's always better to know the cause of your acne and these habits definitely help keep acne controlled
-my doctor
❤❤❤😊 thanks
This is going to be so useful THANKYOU
When i was a teen i had super bad acne and i used a mixture of water and vinegar in my face. My acne was almost gone in a couple of weeks.
These tips are life changing, believe me.
and 6. make sure you have good skin gene 😉
if you can, can you make a video how celebrities/people can prevent oily skin and oily scalp + dry ends?
Thank you for advice but I do everything daily 💜🍭😘
@@annas9016 thanks so much for the support! im laying off on some of my products for now to ease my skin. thanks for the advice 💚💚
Theses hacks don’t prevent acne that just help a little so If y’all are doing all of them as still have acne you are fine
How I have clear skin and no acne:
1. Genetics
2. No makeup
3. Moisturize every day
4. Wash face every morning and night
5. If I get pimples, I leave them alone. Don’t aggravate it. Just let it be and it’ll go away over time.
Same, I've never touched any make-up before and my skin is perfectly fine😅
And healthy skin is textured too, but these are very good ways to keep your skin clean and healthy. Don't let the beauty companies capitalize off your insecurities, so don't go buying crazy skin care products (besides js moisturizer and sunscreen) unless your actual doctor prescribes it to you!
Is it okay to wash your face three times a day unnie?
I've been doing this for 5 months now before I saw this and it does really work
Drinking more water can really show good results
also add some extra zinc to your diet either through supplement or by eating som leafy greens, seafood or garlic (koreans eat a lot of garlic) helps a lot with treating skin conditions like acne
Don't forget applies SPF/Sunblock dear.... ☺
These will work if you don’t deal with hormonal acne because nothing are stopping these beasts from happening.

I think people should start using it maybe 2 times a week and then up it accordingly to their skins needs. and never forget sunscreen lol benoxyl peroxide makes your skin more susceptible to the sun and therefore to skin cancer.
they are effectively treated with hormonal drugs through injections
It's very helpful unnie 💜
Healthy sleeping routine is also. Essential
The moisturizer part is true. I have bad acne and oil easily builds up on my face skin. At first I thought it's just another additional expense and then after a week it change my life. I don't oil that badly, less acne and I look really supple.
I always do this for many years and never helped. Only after going on birth control I had very few acne. Bit still had some
They're also rich and do SEVERAL procedures
It's all genes babe!!
Tysm!
🎉❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Washing your face twice everyday is really important to me and I never had a pimple or anything like that before. I don't use any products, just cold water. I often drink less water than I should, that's something I definitely have to improve😬
Another tip: eat healthier, I try to keep my meals healthy and well balanced and it shows on my skin, but lately I have been eating too much sugar and unhealthy fats and again it showed and got so many stubborn pimples and this (along with some kgs I gained) really reminded me that I should manage my eating habits
I do all of these. it's their diet and genes
Girl I do none of these and have never gotten acne 💀
like i just let my pimples do their thing, havent changed my pillow case in a year, am dehydrated, havent washed my face since yesterday, and dont moisturize unless im goin somewhere important
my friends are always really suprised cuz i rarely get pimples too, i honestly dont know how
Girl you're lucky
“am dehydrated” 💀 you should still be drinking enough water girl it’s not just for your skin😭
The main step is to eat a healthy diet ! Acne are mostly caused by inflamation in body , so if you eat anti-inflammatory food it will help a lot . And then you can follow these tips .
Yess! What you put in your body is important and will reflect in you skin
I do this everyday and my face improve a lot. Remember to exfoliate twice a day too guys
Y’all this is to help not comepletely cure acne. It’s also hormonal, she is not saying it will 100% work. Stop getting mad. I also struggle with acne chill
No need to follow any kind of steps just make sure to love yourself and do what you want❤
I remember once drinking 7.5 liters everyday for one week and my pimples just got lighter. Still very visible and easily noticeable but not that vivid. More pimples came back the moment I reduce my water intake back to 3-4 litres.
Retinolllllll. Sunscreen moisturizer and retinol by order of importance!!
I had the exact same bottel like her same colour omgggggggggg!! 🤧
Ty for the tips! I always get pimples ;-;
I will start doing this from now ☺️
It's better to wash one's face during noon and night. Our skin produces natural oil all over the night which is good for our skin. So it's not good to wash all the oils using facewash in the morning.
Rlly?
@@user-xq4dh3hd3o Yeah. Only water is enough for face during morning. You can research more by watching other videos regarding this in RUclips.
ppl with oily skin benifit from washing in the morning. and if u are scared that ur cleanser will strip away your natural oils then that just means your cleanser isnt good enough. but i personally wash it once a day
@@pocketsage25 I think this process helps all skinned type people including oily. I have seen comments of people saying that their faces don't produce much oil for the rest of the day if they follow this process. And for cleansing purpose, everybody should use a mild facewash, I totally agree with you.

I really dont do these things but i dont have any pimple on my face my face is fully clean honest with my face
1. Drink lots of water (2.7 liters or 11 cups)
2. Balance your diet (avoid eating junk food or sugery stuff)
3. Sleep 9-11 hours
4. Don't wash your face more then one time if you don't wear makeup. It can cause skin barrier, Infections, redness, etcs.
5. Have a good skincare
6. make sure your hands are clean before touching your face, or putting on a scarf that covers your face
7. Change your bedsheets every week (so there's not bacteria in it)
Thankyou I'll follow this steps now everyday . This is very useful video ✨
"Drink water everyday stay Hydrated"Me who is Fasting:👁️👄👁️🔪
I personally only Wash my face with a cleanser before bed because I found that i keep my skin barrier healthier which prevents breakouts but j do moisturize in the morning ofc
actually I would highly recommend you to use a moisturizer at night after washing your face. this is because, we lose more water and moisture during the night compared to during the day. this is bad for your skin barrier as you need your skin to be hydrated in order for it to be healthy. you may not see the effect of it now. but, you will see them once you are older.
Tea three oil and Beer pills (yes, it exist) are the best things ever which helped me with acne.
Guys don’t worry, the teenagers there have the same skin as yours.
I do these things already 😁
SUNSCREEN!
My face is smooth but It has acne, This is gonna help me too much
My skin has always been clear and i have freckles across my nose which i dont like, but i wash my face twice a week only and i have started washing my face more and putting moisturiser on it too it helps. My mum has acne and my dad did when he was younger but i am lucky i never get spots

Finally tips that I can actually manage to follow…and kinda am following except for the pimple patch😅
new subscriber... TYSMMMM
Well poc people get pigmentation after acne which makes it more visible so us need sort of different measures and we also need to be more careful. I agree living a healthier life helps but genetics matter as well
can we use rose toner on acne??
I love how you put East Asia rather than asia....
Step 1: have good genes
Step 2: have good climate around you. Specially if you are from hot climate it's more likely to get acnes and pimples
Step 3: have a good diet
Step 4: treating any underlying health condition ( such as hormonal imbalance)
Step 5: skin care
this the type person to answer "oh its wudu :)" when u ask them for skincare tips fkkdkd
LMAO
I don’t do any Of this besides washing my face 2x a day and I have super clear skin🤭🤭
This is depending on your skin not everyone has the same skin and it’s all different in their own way if you want clear skin do research on your skin
