Wonderful demonstration of Heat engines, a technology sadly not used enough. One observation, I think a King Dick or Bacho adjustable spanner is more in keeping than ones made in China. The Crossley is lovely, I am very envious of Ky Ko fan, a strange device run on kerosene to keep the Brits cool in India. Thanks for the tour.
@@EngineVids I will go and have a nose, I operated a Crossly HRL 4, two stroke direct reversing super-scavenged marine diesel for several years on the m v Wincham in Liverpool, her sister ship the m v Cuddington is at Ellesmere port boat museum who have a small collection of engines.
@@EngineVids I hope to do this very soon I miss the beat of the old Crossley, I am interested in the Sterling engines but don't find any for restoration, it is a technology which should be made available for developing countries instead of sending a Honda with limited fuel. Best.
