Getting started with Prefect variables

Prefect variables are a lightweight way to get configuration into your code at runtime.
You can use variables to represent any string you like. Today, we'll show how they can be given different values in different workspaces.

Even more lightweight and better separation of concerns and cloud best practices would be that it requires no code at all (other than to set defaults).
That the ENVIRONMENT vars are just available as an environment variable. Does it work that way also?
