So the reason why i keep putting 'I.Like.Cereal' in my videos is that one of my favorite cartoon characters is Cheese from Foster's Home of Imaginary Friends on Cartoon Network. Look up some videos of him if you don't know what I'm talking about. I named my youtube page 'I.Like.Cereal. Productions.' So now these comments saying 'wtf?' and 'what the heck...cereal?' can really stop now. Thank you :)

Oh, their humor. They still refer to this song as "Tuna Afternoon" due to the tuna casserole Amy made for lunch the day they wrote it. I love them XD

this is one of the tracs that the group hs done that for the first minute im thinking "dear god... when am i going to like it" and then after 2 minutes in im cursing myself for hating it in the begining and wanting to hear more. this group honestly is the only one to make me feel this way about anything and i love it. @Charms522 Yeah..she's singing about how when people are lost and lonely, instead of trying to fix it on their own, they give up and isolate themselves, looking instead to sink into darkness. But she says we all have grief and one person doesn't have the right to give up since ALL of us are suffering. Heaven enlighten me to the truth, I won't give in. If you look at the bad things, you'll get scared and give in. You can't truly live if you shut out your emotions.

This is my favorite Evanescence song. By far my favorite vocals from Amy, I'm jealous of how she can hit such low notes and such high notes beautifully!
The only thing about this song I don't like is the fact I'm always dying to sing along... I cannot even hope to sing that low or that high.

I don't know how, why all evanescence's songs make sense to me, I always find what it means to me as if she were in my mind..that's probably why I love so much Evanescence 😊❤

"We originally called the track 'Tuna Afternoon', because I made tuna noodle casserole that day. We still call the song 'Tuna Afternoon.' Sometimes it's hard to get past that working title."
At the start Amy is saying "The tuna fish is singing in a Tuna Afternoon" :P
It has to do with the working title the song had, which was "Tuna Afternoon" apparently because they had tuna casserole that day...

@1xdalyssaxd1 I think it was something along the lines of "tuna fish casserole." The story goes that while recording the song, Amy took a break to heat up her lunch (a tuna fish casserole), and they jokingly made it the working name of the song until they thought up a real name for release. Kind of a tongue-in-cheek reference that they slipped it in at the beginning. XD
Then again, I could be completely wrong. I just remember reading that somewhere.
