I can't believe I've been doing these wrong all this time! This is why I love your channel, you don't just say what to do, you SHOW as well. Perfect timing video for my new kettlebells that are coming for Christmas. I think this change is really gonna make a difference.
I'm glad you're here. I'm 61 weighing 275 at 6'7". I've been a mason tender 45 years. I have injuries and many surgeries. I have my own weights and I train with them. I suffer from atrail fib and my weight training helps with this. I'm digging you're working out videos that show different ways to still lift heavy and safe. Thank you
I like doing front raise with dumbells, but I only like the singles. With two hands it's a bit uncomfortable. But it's a good workout for the arms and chest :)
Man all your videos are awesome, so well explained in terms of technique, timing, position, all we need to know... Thank you very much!! -- Greetings from Costa Rica!
Great Video! The exercise MUST be done slowly unless you are using very low weights for you. - - you do not want to pull your lower back. Keep the stomach tight.
@@Fitfatherproject Hey Hey - thanks for the thumbs up. I was luckily born with a great male physique (I've modeled and been asked to model for art and I ran track. But I STILL cannot - at 53 years old - grow some damn wide shoulders. And I need them now that I am starting to - you know - get old... haha
Hello my name is Russell. Can you show me a workout routine for upper body with dumbbells? And can you break down my routine on showing me what exercise to do and when to do it? Want to take before and after photos. THANK YOU

Small for its weight, which helps because I’m trying to build up my home gym. It feels good in my hands, but I wish the handle was just a little bit wider.
Hey Matt, thanks for writing in! I believe Hoist is the brand as they make a wide variety of racks that you can find online. They are a good, quality brand that we recommend in terms of equipment. -The FFP Team
Hey Matt, thanks for writing in and great question. With the front raise specifically, you will be leading with your hands. The further away the resistance from the base, the more you'll work the intended muscle. And in this case, leading with your hands helps put more tension on your delts. -The FFP Team
Nah brother, these are not accessory motions, rather these are ISOLATION exercises which specifically target the delts. You can do them by themselves too.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16-17
The experiment, feel the one delt with the other hand, is really useful.
