    I can't believe I've been doing these wrong all this time! This is why I love your channel, you don't just say what to do, you SHOW as well. Perfect timing video for my new kettlebells that are coming for Christmas. I think this change is really gonna make a difference.

    I'm glad you're here. I'm 61 weighing 275 at 6'7". I've been a mason tender 45 years. I have injuries and many surgeries. I have my own weights and I train with them. I suffer from atrail fib and my weight training helps with this. I'm digging you're working out videos that show different ways to still lift heavy and safe. Thank you

      Awesome. Add the middle and rear dealt and you'll have a well rounded delt routine.

    I like doing front raise with dumbells, but I only like the singles. With two hands it's a bit uncomfortable. But it's a good workout for the arms and chest :)

    correct form of the front raise is always exciting , 15% adduction to the sides makes a lot of difference, so pumped that you uploaded this video.

    Great Video! The exercise MUST be done slowly unless you are using very low weights for you. - - you do not want to pull your lower back. Keep the stomach tight.

But I STILL cannot - at 53 years old - grow some damn wide shoulders. And I need them now that I am starting to - you know - get old... haha

      Hey Matt, thanks for writing in and great question. With the front raise specifically, you will be leading with your hands. The further away the resistance from the base, the more you'll work the intended muscle. And in this case, leading with your hands helps put more tension on your delts.

    Nah brother, these are not accessory motions, rather these are ISOLATION exercises which specifically target the delts. You can do them by themselves too.
