- Antina unde : make a nutritious snack not only for nursing mothers but also for kids and women of all ages.Edible gum (antu) is good for strengthening the bones as it is rich in calcium.
Ingredients :
Jaggery-1kg
Dry coconut-1kg
Dry dates-1kg
Pista,badam,cashewnuts,walnuts,raisins- 300gms each
Ediblegum(antu)-150gms
Poppy seeds-150gms
Elachi-15
Clove-15
Ajwain-1tbsp
(ಹಿಪ್ಲಿ, ಮೋಡಿಕಡ್ಡಿ, ವಾಯುವಡಂಗ, ಬಾಲಮೆಣಸು, ತಳಾಸ್ ಪತ್ರೆ)- 25gms
ಬಾಣಂತಿಯರಿಗೆ, ಋತುಮತಿಯರಿಗೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾದ ಅಂಟಿನ ಉಂಡೆ
