- Certainly! Here are some important safety instructions for driving:
1. Buckle Up: Always wear your seatbelt and ensure that all passengers do the same.
2. Stay Alert: Avoid distractions like texting, and stay focused on the road.
3. Obey Speed Limits: Adhere to posted speed limits and adjust your speed for road conditions.
4. Maintain a Safe Following Distance: Keep a safe distance behind the vehicle in front of you to allow for sudden stops.
5. Use Turn Signals: Signal your intentions when changing lanes or making turns.
6. Observe Traffic Signs and Signals: Follow traffic signals and obey road signs.
7. Don't Drink and Drive: Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Check Your Blind Spots: Use your mirrors and turn your head to check blind spots when changing lanes.
9. Stay within Your Lane: Maintain your lane discipline and avoid weaving in and out of traffic.
10. Be Mindful of Weather Conditions: Adjust your driving to suit the weather, whether it's rain, snow, or fog.
11. Give Way to Pedestrians: Yield the right of way to pedestrians at crosswalks and intersections.
12. Use Your Horn Sparingly: Honk your horn only to alert other drivers of your presence, not as a form of frustration.
13. Avoid Aggressive Driving: Stay calm and patient, and avoid road rage.
14. Regular Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained with working brakes, lights, and tires.
15. Stay Informed About Road Conditions: Be aware of road closures, accidents, or construction on your route.
16. Use Hands-Free Devices: If you need to use your phone, use a hands-free device to minimize distractions.
17. Be Courteous: Show respect and courtesy to other drivers on the road.
18. Plan Your Route: Know your route in advance and have a backup plan in case of unexpected detours.
Remember, safe driving not only protects you but also the people around you. Always prioritize safety on the road.
Tow truck driver side swipes semi - semi says NO NO NO and pit maneuvers the tow truck 😅😅😅
now they have to call 2 maybe 3 more tow trucks smh
1:34 …
Was that a person sliding down the road next to the median?
I think it was the front bumper
@@marcohueber2179 …
Thanks for the reply 😊
8:30 wow that fog came out of nowhere
10% Harmless 😣
35% reckless driving 🤨
55% Omg very horrible accidents 💀
There was not 1 accident in this video. There were 100% crashes because of human inattentive to their surroundings and just being down right stupid.
It appears as though “accident” and “stupidity” have become somewhat synonymous these days 😂
Dont be in a truckers blind spot.
Don't drive close to a trucker at night. Don't hit your brakes in front of a trucker. Even at a red light.
Don't be a deer lol.
Kinda let that last clip run unnecessarily long don’t ya think?
Fr lol
Before you turn or merge, do you see that big moving object with 18 wheels? It's a road locomotive. You can't win!
2:32 now this one here seems totally intentional like they wanted to commit suicide
Looked like he was aiming for dead center of the semi
most likely asleep
@@cowmann3555 no I watched it many times and he was right in the other lane perfectly but as soon as he saw the truck he centered b line for the center of the truck
It’s entirely possible that it was purely distraction, or loss of consciousness or something else like that.
I’ve seen many drivers “drift” that far out of their lane before even realizing it.
I watched one guy who was texting (and had just forced me to halve my speed to avoid collision), then drift into a lane that was stopped, slammed into the last car hard enough that the back of his own car raised three feet off the ground… and only on its way back down to the ground did the brake lights come on.
you don't know that though
As a truck driver you don't just watch the vehicle in front you must watch the fouth or fifth vehicle or even further as it will be them that will dictate what may happen. Your a heavy vehicle so you have to have your wits about you. You have to key in your speed, weight of your load, road surface, weather, other traffic plus the serviceability of your vehicle & how far you will travel if you had to stand on your brakes & conduct an emergency stop. I see semi's with headlights that light up the road 100 yards ahead but at the speed their driving its going to take 300 yards to stop if anything happens. So you can't see for the 200 yards that your lights aren't lighting up. Start planning good safe driving on your next trip. Of cause there are the idiots that are also on the road so that may complicate how you drive but you must have a plan on what you may have to do when called upon. It's not always easy driving heavy vehicles, plus get a dash cam. It may save you if anything pops up. Safe travels everyone.
You can see half a mile up the road easily, if you're not looking that far ahead you're asking for an accident
It should always be your goal to be viewing as much of the road ahead as is possible.
Certainly not just fixating on the vehicle directly in front of you… but also looking past four or five vehicles when possible. For instance, when you crest a hill, you have a brief opportunity to scan the entire roadway to the crest of the next hill. Why would anyone choose not to take advantage of that opportunity to gain that broader perspective?
Likewise, gentle curves offer an opportunity to scan further ahead.
Experienced, sensible drivers take advantage of every opportunity to gather more information about the road ahead.
These guys who run up on (and into) traffic that’s right in front of them, are unqualified morons who should not have CDLs.
There are very FEW instances where crashing into the back of another vehicle is unavoidable.
I do that anyway and I drive a car. It's called 'defensive driving'.
7:14 most of these people are trash drivers but when recording your own violations thats really bad😂😂😂😂 7:46 is this the sky camera 😂😂😂
1:40 how hard of an impact did it had to be for his body to slide out the car like that he must be wasn't wearing a seat belt
you need glasses xD
@@WaruiikoI said it does look like a body it really does it probably was the fender but it really does look like a body
@@avatarwarmechI’m not convinced it ain’t a body
@@ArkansasHillbilli3 That definitely ain't a body.
@@user-Zachary123 hell I can’t see, too much of that old Ozark mountain moonshine
Are these damn truck drivers driving with their eyes closed? More than likely especially the one's with traffic stopped or stopping, the driver was texting and driving to fast.
That or their eyes are glued to their phone screens and not the road where they should be.
The latest batch of “truck drivers” are an embarrassment to the guys like me who have been driving trucks SAFELY for 35 years or more.
I can’t WAIT to retire… probably will do so early if I can sort things out… and I never thought I’d say something like this, but… self driving trucks can’t get here fast enough.
@@bobinthewest8559 I drove otr for 10 years, I let my cdl expire back in 2014. there's not enough money to make me get back out there driving again.
Safety instruction No 1: Stay the Far Car Way From Trucks
Some of these videos of accidents could have been prevented if they had a good 4 second following distance and using the Smith system
I hope that head-on wreck @ 2:28 was not DBT (death by truck).
Most likely the pickup truck driver didn’t survive
@@JHS_MinecraftProI was thinking the same thing myself what a horrible way to go 😢
Don't they have traffic rules in America?
We do but 99% of drivers are retards
How many trucks died??????
They all died, didn't you watch the video
bet the person at 1:05 is in the slammer
i would hope so! What the hell were they doing?!?!
100% literally murdered someone trying to save their own life
1:34 How is that not suicide?
Where did they get their license? Don't they see brake lights, and slow down???????
I think some of it are intentional 🤔
How on Earth does a semi tractor hydroplane with 12 or 14 thousand pounds on it's steer tires? More if loaded? How far back is the skid plate to make the front end light enough to hydroplane? SMDH
65k+ pounds of the rest of the truck wanting to continue in the same direction is how.
Low tread deep doesn't help. I start putting on my inspection reports when the tread gets about a 1/4 in they need to be replaced. Also bobtail a truck can get scary and deadheading a empty truck
Trust me it's not easy but if you can't get your company to keep good tires on it, it can happen if the conditions are right.
Most of the time, the drives are the ones hydro- planing and losing traction. I've never axle weighed empty, but I'm going to guess I'm pretty close 11 000 lbs front, and 5 000 lbs each other axle. If you only have 1250 lbs per tire and a large contact patch, the psi on the road is less than almost every car made.
Bald tires and empty/no trailers don't mix with wet roads.
No sound?
This sucks!
*HOLY MOTHER TRUCKER* ! !
Can you please put music or something!!!
Uhhh I think anyone would rather have nothing at all then stupid music
That blue car hit that semi head on on purpose
Someone had to die in this video but I hope I'm wrong.
The truck passing, then going onto the opposing shoulder to meet that car would be fast enough to be fatal.
OMG Very Bruta
Should we be flabbergasted?
Cars and Semi's never mix. While there are total idiots in non commercial vehicles what happened to the professional road drivers of yester Year ?
Overregulated out of the business.
I’ve been asking myself that question since the mid nineties… and I only started my career in 1989 🫤
No sound
I tell you what the first video no way in he'll I'm gonna let a 4 wheeler run me off the road like that I was always taught to hold my lane especially in a situation like that and the 3rd video that tow truck driver is at fault
😮
Kooky
I always look both ways at a green light so as not to get run into by some douchenozzle truck driver.
So… only truck drivers run red lights?
@@bobinthewest8559 OMG Very Brutal & Fatal Truck Accidents Based on Real Life Incidents Live Footages
The last one is the type of driver that annoys me.
Either look for a gap you can merge with the flow of traffic, or speed up, else you end up like that car.
If you can't merge, then you're supposed to yield to traffic already on the freeway.
I agree that people need to learn how to merge. And I am also very frustrated by those who don’t seem to have a clue.
But it’s also worth noting that, following the collision… the cammer crossed all the way to the median without a secondary collision.
So, there’s that too… just saying.
