I was in a really difficult place for several years with mental health but by going to therapy and programs I was able to heal some of those wounds and enter a better headspace. I’ve worked so much on myself and communicating my feelings but when I look on social media and see someone with a perfect life, my progress feels meaningless for a moment. If anyone is reading this, working on yourself and inward achievements/progress are JUST as valuable as outward success and or material success.

Shocked that you're the first comment and we have the same birth date!. I can easy manipulate too and allowed people to talk while I observe them. I laugh too much too and I get that a lot from my family. I also have hard time letting go of the past since I have distinct memories of pasts that I can't forget.
