Iam a midterm class of '66 graduate of Jack Yates H.S. I remember Phylicia as a majorette in the marching band. I've followed her career and very proud of her accomplishments. I didn't take class from Mrs. Wheadon, but there were other teachers just Mrs. Wheadon who prodded their students to be your best. I'm very proud to have been a student, at that school, during that time. P.S. I knew Major Stevenson quite well!

I thoroughly enjoyed this video!!! Phylicia Rashad is just a BEAUTY!! The class, grace, poise, elegance, & charm that she has is just STUNNING!! Such a Lady!!! I love me some her!! I’ve always admire how astute she is! Her eloquence of speech, diction, connotation of voice, & zeal for learning is very inspiring. You can tell that her phenomenal teacher, Ms. Wheaton’s & her incredible mom, Dr. Vivan Ayers-Allen’s educational influence helped shape her profound intellectualism. We need strong educators like Ms. Wheaton, who skillfully develop comprehensive, critical thinking & writing skills for excellence.

This is how I feel about Ms. Chalmers from Pastorious Elementary and Ms. Juanita Byrd from Ada H. H. Lewis Middle School. They made lifelong impressions on me from grooming to self worth and self esteem to the importance of speaking proper grammar and being articulate. I love them both and will never forget them.

They do have great chemistry like they would make a great couple. Bill is a man. Of course he loved doing those scenes with her. She is a beautiful woman and she is smart and talented. Its almost like Phylicia and Bill met at the wrong time. He is like eleven years older too.
