There are values that are connecting one process with another. Example: server to local app. In such scenario the game will usual crash due the logic behind the server code. Let's say server check local string "arena". You do change that string from "arena" to "block". The logic of the server code will usual handle errors. Meaning if server seek string "arena" and not found, then nil or os.exit(). There could be many different scenarios, some will depend on code logic, others will be connected to memory checkers or use xor encryptions etc. When game use xor encryptions usual the real value has a xor key wich must be found and changed properly to avoid detections. There many videos on tube about how to deal with xor. Each game, each virtual machine/space/rooted device , even architecture could lead to different scenarios, that is way even if people use the same script it may not work same way for every device.

if same encryption key is used everytime then you should be able to make script, watch my game guardian fast search video (the latest video) using that method may solve your problem

U can't hack server sided currency. That's why it reverts back to the original value. You can only hack offline games
