Imagine them being on a bill with a band like Gemini Syndrome with that unique style
not surprised to see most of the crowd for fleshwater hyperfixate on recording iphone videos of them instead of enjoying the live music in the moment.
Are they known for attracting such people??

I was there, and there was a decent sized pit for them you can't see from this perspective with spinkicks flying and windmills windmilling during the breakdowns . I wouldn't say there were a whole lot more phones up compared to a lot of the hardcore bands at the fest

Seen them three times now and dam do they bore me. I feel like they came out the gate running and can’t keep the momentum. Not a bad band, just not my style.

I wonder how much of that momentum had to do with their original drummer? Their current drummer has fast hands too, but their original one was always seemingly rushing the beat slightly, and adding ornamentation with bell rides/open hi-hat hits, which seemed to help with the intensity of their live sound.
Really? I'm about to see them for the 5th time live. And I get pumped and sweaty front row each time.
