      They did show shorts you've never seen before.
      A Long intermission, hearts were sore;
      Wounded Way Down deep to the core!

    This is incredible and so thought provoking! This short movie is not just a usual sci-fi but involves many metaphysical concepts. Loved the VFX and the cinematography as well. Just really, really hope you are planning on making a sequel, cuz that's where the action and adventure will begin. The protagonist has only just begun! Please do make a second part Hashem! Who has created the Sim? The Body Snatchers (those at the end)?

    If not: Why would an Alien want to steal a Human body?
    Bonus questions:
    - What does the meteorite have to do with anything?

      The meteor killed me. 10 ton meteor landed in a lake with a splash when it should have taken out everything within at least a mile radius since it should have been traveling at insane speeds. These guys have obviously never heard of kinetic weapons.
      The body snatcher fellas are simulated individuals themselves that steal people from the pasts' lifeblood and give it a higher being that isn't simulated yet the body snatcher folks "believe" there is a bigger universe bla bla bla.
      Takes place in Germany, nobody speaks German or even hints at a German accent. Made ZERO sense.
      So many contradictions and plot holes.
      Still a very well shot film. Great acting, great visuals, great lighting, great effects. All good stuff. The screenwriting is lacking though. The story has potential but very badly needs to be peer reviewed to get those beyond obvious plot holes out.

      I'm sorry that some seem upset with my theory here...but this is what I'm talking about, Sci-fi, ...I just made up a story and some of you think im saying it's real. Sci-fi are stories told to entertain the mind, nothing more....what you do with it is up to you.

    As a fellow-filmmaker and VFX CGI Artist, I understand the challenges in actualizing a film from concept to finish. We both won for best shorts at the Vegas Movie Awards and I must say Congratulations for this visually stunning piece of motion picture! It's so easy being a critic. But many of us could have never put this incredible work of digital art together. Yes their were problems with the story structure and I'm not a fan of narration. But, his blend between computer graphics and his ability to communicate the science behind who we are in and around this galaxy, we know so little about. for his first film, he deserves all the accolades. Well done, Hashem!

    Okay, I'm going to go ahead and put this out there because this short film semi describes what I have thought for decades. Now I've always had the inclination that something is different about this world. I believe that the Creator, whatever it is, creates universes almost in the same way that they did on the short. But it's more of a scientific/learning endeavor. Then these beings and there's more than one of them there's probably an entire race of them. And in order to reproduce they have to build a simulated multiverse. By doing so they take little pieces of themselves and implant it into every significant living structure. We call this the soul. But in reality what it is is nothing more than a USB device that's being plugged into our life. It records every single byte of information that is our life. And not only does it record it in this dimension but for every choice we make a new multiverse is made. And our souls energy is reproduced and transferred into the new us. At the end of each version's life, the soul will go to rejoin with other parts of the soul that are across the multiverse. Until the very last subject dies. At that point all the duplicated souls have merged together and then go back to the creator. Thus allowing the Creator to study and analyze everything that the "soul" has learned. Then the "soul" is basically wiped. but just like any technology, when you erase the information, there's still a little bits of information left. And when it gets put into the new subject for learning we end up with what we call deja Vu or past life regression. Those are the little bits of information that didn't erase. Eventually after I don't know how many lifetimes, because I'm not one of them. But let's just say hundreds of experiences in different life forms eventually the soul will be prepared to become a new creator. Or a god, however you want to call it. I believe the "soul" is just another God in training. And it has to learn everything about life and consciousness in order to become one. And in order to learn this the God in training has to experience every type of life form that the cosmos has to offer. I know it's a little bit out there, but it's just something I've thought about since I was probably about 7 or 8 years old. I'm now 46.

    Very interesting concept.Thought provoking with how it all starts with the Chelyabinsk asteroid bringing the technology to Earth. With the way Oumuamua acted after it entered our solar system it could be a possibility that alien civilisations are trying to contact us from distant systems trying to get our attention now. You deserve all the awards you receive for this short and hopefully you can find more capital for VFX to continue the story. I have followed your facebook page for sometime waiting to see this short, impressive, it was worth the wait. Good luck on future shorts pertaining to this concept and others.
