When I was a kid we moved from Boulder to CA in 2000. The house my parents sold has over doubled in value (Zillow) which is stunning.

I realize this is an old video, but I live in Colorado Springs and I would like to move back to Denver, are you aware of any builders with incentives to get into a nice one or two bedroom new condo with a garage under 300? I currently live in Colorado Springs I have two bedroom two bath garage carport gated community and all the other luxury amenities, but I really don't need all these amenities that I am paying for😊👍🏻

“Homes” does not mean only “single family houses”. Ie “townhomes”
