Actually the video reminds me of an event during the bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999. A man took his family to his small mountain cottage, away from town so they are not accidentally hit by US bombs. Guess what, they did hit his cottage in the mountains (detected heat or whatever?) supposedly by a 500kg bomb. Killed him, his sister and his two children. His wife was not there at the time, but died years later never recovering from the loss. Biden says he wants to "shake things up" in the Balkans, even got Albright along. So Steezy isn't far from the truth. And yes, look at the video - that's how large portions of the world see the United States.
