(링크를 포함한 댓글의 경우 고정이 해제되는 현상이 있어 더보기에 기재) 최근 유튜버들의 불법적인 광고가 문제가 되며 "뒷광고"라는 신조어가 생겨나고 뒷광고의 기준이 유력 유튜버들에 의해 자의적으로 정의되었습니다. 어떤 분은 내돈 내산인척 하며 광고 고지는 잘 안보이는데다 한 행위라고 하시고 어떤 분은 광고고지가 전혀 없는 것이 뒷광고라고 하시는데 거기에 시청자 분들의 의견까지 반영되며 뒷광고의 기준과 의미가 끊임없이 바뀌며 확대 재생산되고 있습니다. 이렇게 개인마다 다른 자의적 기준에 부합하지 않는다는 이유로 적법하게 광고영상을 업로드 해온 유튜버들에게까지 사과를 요구하는 시청자분들이 많아졌고 또 그에 응하는 유튜버들이 늘어나면서 불법적인 광고로 문제가 되었던 유튜버들과의 구분도 모호해진채 싸잡아 비난을 받고 있는 상황입니다. 나중에 더 유력한 유튜버가 다시 나타나 영상 가운데 워터마크를 크게 박아서 눈이 나쁜 사람들도 광고임을 잘 알게 해야 뒷광고가 아니라고 주장을 하시고 거기에 많은 분들이 동의하며 사과를 요구하시면 또 거기에 응해 사과를 하는 것이 맞는 일일까요? 저는 이런 자의적 기준들의 횡행을 막기 위한 사회적 합의로써 법이 존재한다고 생각합니다. 적법한 방법으로 업로드를 했더라도 내 기준엔 부족하고 속이려한것 같으니 사과해야한다는 방식의 비난은 중단되어야 한다고 생각합니다. First of all, there are more than 270 videos in my channel and 9 videos out of them include paid promotion. And all of them were properly uploaded and noticed as promotions based on current Korean law. (Noticed in Korean version video) Recently, as videos posted by several famous influencers turned out to be illegal ones, a new word "뒷광고" that can be translated as "illegal promotion" was born. Then criteria to indentify "illegal promotion" were arbitrarily defined by several famous RUclipsrs. Someone said, if influencers pretend to buy something on their own money and try to drop promotion notice or hide the notice where viewers can hardly find, it is "illegal promotion" Another said illegal promotion means promotion videos without any notice. And now as viewers' opinions are being added on, definition of illegal promotion and the criteria also continue to be changed. Meanwhile, many viewers keep criticizing even RUclipsrs who have kept the law, and ask them to apologize, because their ways of promotion notice don't suit the arbitrarily defined new standards. Then many RUclipsrs accepted the viewers' request and apologized. Now almost all the RUclipsrs are being criticized without being distinguished from the RUclipsrs who carried out illegal promotions. If another power RUclipsr sets the new standard that promotion videos need to have big watermark in the middle of the video, so that people who have bad eyesight can easily notice that it is promotion, and if many viewers agree to the opinion, do we have to follow the new standards and apologize again? Videos that are paid promotion should have lettering mentioned .and not like a poster in the middle of video .😂people are crazy . But it definitely has to be mentioned in the video clearly and legibly. But no need for poster and big bold lettering .

To be honest, I watch whatever I choose to regardless of what a bunch of youtubers try to dictate. It was blown way out of proportion and most of us don't even care. In fact the more negative comments that I see on other youtuber channels, the more I watch and give a thumbs up to their videos. Ignore the haters because at the end of the day, they have zero control over what people choose to watch.
I don't really understand about the promotion issue that is currently happening among Korean youtubers. But don't worry Unnie, I've seen your video for quite a while and many international fans also believe in you. I really dont understand about the main problem since the first time I saw Hamzy keep apologies to her viewers. And since that day, I dont see any notification/recommendation mukbang from korean youtubers in my youtube timeline. After reading some comments here, I see that some people are debating about the "culture" and force GNI to make an apology and some people stand with GNI's decision. This issue really open my eyes. I know that culture in every country is different, but it really makes me more aware and understand about Industry in Korea. I'm kinda sad, I mean the culture isnt bad at all. But seeing people keep forcing her to apology because other youtubers already do the same thing, it's... I dont know about the culture... I just dont want GNI to stop doing what she likes, as long as she choose the right path and dont break the laws.
@@trishaashri2611 2-3 months ago there were an issue among youtuber mukbang.. it's about promotion/ads, like there's youtuber who said that there are youtubers mukbang who didnt give credits or like notification if the food that they consume for mukbang is a paid promote or whatsoever, I cant explain it well. But I think the issue is already settled down now... If you still currious about it, you can search it on the internet, I guess..
Totally agreed. Law is not defined how every individual want them to be like. Law doesnt change from individual to individual, no matter how big the influencer is. So who ever has followed the actual law, must never apologise, and people trying to bring down the morale of such people must be condemned.

Thank you for speaking about the controversy... I'm really sad that one of my favorite mukbang channel ( Tzuyang) decided to quit because her videos were getting alot of hate comments. I understand its a problem and that they need to take responsibility but she did before & people are still attacking her. It saddens me that Knetz are so toxic... We can't make everyone happy. There are always ppl who feel unsatisfied with us. As long as you abide by the korean rules/laws, do anything with your channel as you please. 100 hundreds ppl have 100 brains and will have 100 different opinions based on their own judgment, experience, or even personal taste. So don't let them think you are unsatisfying as other wants. No, you are good as you are. Ppl who don't like you or your channel can just go away, nobody forcing them to watch your channel. And ppl who likes you or your channel will always understand you as friends. 💜
I don’t think it needs to have a watermark plastered across the screen for the entirety of the video, maybe at the very beginning of the video you could verbally said “this is a paid promotion video” and continue with your video.
i don't know how it works,but now youtube already has that "warnings" to video that has paid ads in the beginning video...and i've seen one of those warnings on gni's beer videos,if i'm not mistaken

I totally agree with you in the promotion issue. Enough is enough. If the law hasn't been broken, the creators owe nothing. The creators work very hard to provide quality videos that are fresh and entertaining. Several post every day. I can't imagine the effort. People like to play the game " I'm morally superior" or " my life is perfect " They do this because we can't see their truths however, creators lives are put out there for the entire world to see. It's very judgemental and wrong. . If we were allowed to film the video subscribers at Their jobs , what would be revealed? Are the lazy.. lie that they're sick.. steal supplies? 내 기준엔 부족하고 속이려한것 같으니

I wanna let you know recent promotion scandal
that has been issued in Korea.
First of all, there are more than 270 videos
in my channel
and 9 videos out of them include
paid promotion.
And all of them were properly uploaded
and noticed as promotions based on
current Korean law.
(Noticed in Korean version video)
Recently, as videos posted by several famous
influencers turned out to be illegal ones,
a new word "뒷광고" that can be translated
as "illegal promotion" was born.
Then criteria to indentify "illegal promotion"
were arbitrarily defined by
several famous RUclipsrs.
Someone said, if influencers pretend to buy something
on their own money and try to drop
promotion notice
or hide the notice where viewers can hardly find,
it is "illegal promotion"
Another said illegal promotion means promotion videos
without any notice.
And now as viewers' opinions are being added on,
definition of illegal promotion and the criteria
also continue to be changed.
Meanwhile, many viewers keep criticizing even RUclipsrs
who have kept the law,
and ask them to apologize,
because their ways of promotion notice
don't suit the arbitrarily defined new standards.
Then many RUclipsrs accepted the viewers' request
and apologized.
Now almost all the RUclipsrs are being criticized
without being distinguished
from the RUclipsrs
who carried out illegal promotions.
I want to ask.
If another power RUclipsr sets the new standard
that promotion videos need to have big watermark
in the middle of the video,
so that people who have bad eyesight can
easily notice that it is promotion,
and if many viewers agree to the opinion,
do we have to follow the new standards
and apologize again?
I think law exists to set the standards
as a social consensus
and prevent the chaos by arbitrary opinions.

Videos that are paid promotion should have lettering mentioned .and not like a poster in the middle of video .😂people are crazy . But it definitely has to be mentioned in the video clearly and legibly. But no need for poster and big bold lettering .

Kemudian kriteria untuk mengidentifikasi "Black Promotion" ditentukan secara semena-mena oleh beberapa pengguna RUclips terkenal.
Ada yang bilang, kalau influencer pura-pura beli sesuatu dengan uangnya sendiri dan coba drop
pemberitahuan promosi atau menyembunyikan pemberitahuan yang sulit ditemukan oleh penonton, ini disebut "Black Promotion"
Lainnya mengatakan Black Promotion berarti video promosi tanpa pemberitahuan apapun.
Dan sekarang saat opini penonton tercermin,
definisi Black Promotion dan kriterianya juga terus diubah.
Sementara itu, penonton terus mengkritik bahkan pengguna RUclips yang telah menjaga hukum,
dan meminta mereka untuk meminta maaf, karena promosi mereka memperlihatkan cara-cara yang
tidak sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan secara sewenang-wenang.
Kemudian banyak pengguna RUclips menerima permintaan penonton dan meminta maaf.
Sekarang hampir semua pengguna RUclips dikritik tanpa dibedakan
dari pengguna RUclips yang melakukan promosi ilegal.
Saya ingin bertanya.
Jika RUclipsr berkekuatan lain menetapkan standar baru kalau video promosi harus ada watermark besar ditengah video ,
sehingga orang yang memiliki penglihatan yang buruk dapat dengan mudah memperhatikan bahwa itu adalah promosi,
dan jika banyak penonton setuju dengan pendapat tersebut,
apakah kita harus mengikuti standar baru dan meminta maaf?
Saya pikir hukum ada untuk menetapkan standar sebagai konsensus sosial
dan mencegah kekacauan dengan pendapat yang sewenang-wenang.
Meskipun penonton tidak dapat puas dengan cara pemberitahuan promosi,
jika tidak melanggar hukum, menurut saya influencer harus dilindungi dari kritik
atau permintaan maaf.
Saya berharap semua penonton berhenti mengkritik pengguna RUclips yang telah menjaga hukum.

Sau đó, các tiêu chí để xác định "Quảng cáo đen" đã được tự ý xác định bởi một số RUclipsr nổi tiếng.
Một số người nói rằng, nếu những người có ảnh hưởng giả vờ mua thứ gì đó bằng tiền của họ và cố gắng giảm sự chú ý vào quảng cáo
hoặc ẩn thông báo mà người xem khó có thể tìm thấy, đó chính là "Quảng cáo đen".
Một số người khác nói rằng "Quảng cáo đen" là quảng cáo mà không có bất kì thông báo gì.
Và bây giờ, khi ý kiến của người xem đang được phản ánh,
định nghĩa về quảng cáo đen và các tiêu chí cũng tiếp tục được thay đổi.
Trong khi đó, người xem tiếp tục chỉ trích ngay cả những RUclipsr đã tuân thủ luật pháp và yêu cầu họ xin lỗi,

Sau đó, nhiều RUclipsr đã chấp nhận yêu cầu của người xem và gửi lời xin lỗi.

Mình muốn hỏi rằng,
nếu một RUclipsr quyền lực khác đặt ra tiêu chuẩn mới rằng video quảng cáo cần chèn một khẩu hiệu lớn ở giữa video,
để những người có thị lực kém có thể dễ dàng nhận thấy rằng đó là quảng cáo,
và nếu nhiều người xem đồng ý với ý kiến đó,
chúng ta có phải tuân theo các tiêu chuẩn mới và xin lỗi không?
Mình nghĩ rằng luật pháp tồn tại để thiết lập các tiêu chuẩn như một sự đồng thuận của xã hội
và ngăn chặn sự hỗn loạn bởi những ý kiến độc đoán.
Mặc dù người xem không thể hài lòng với cách thông báo về quảng cáo,
nếu nó không vi phạm pháp luật, mình nghĩ những người bị ảnh hưởng nên được bảo vệ khỏi những lời chỉ trích hoặc yêu cầu xin lỗi.
Mình mong tất cả người xem ngừng chỉ trích các RUclipsr đã giữ đúng luật.

I love how her husband is in her videos much more now. It’s honestly very relaxing to watch the both of them eat together. Glad they are able to enjoy their meal even with the camera in front of them. 💖
To be honest, I watch whatever I choose to regardless of what a bunch of youtubers try to dictate. It was blown way out of proportion and most of us don't even care. In fact the more negative comments that I see on other youtuber channels, the more I watch and give a thumbs up to their videos. Ignore the haters because at the end of the day, they have zero control over what people choose to watch.
I don't really understand about the promotion issue that is currently happening among Korean youtubers. But don't worry Unnie, I've seen your video for quite a while and many international fans also believe in you. 裏広告について話したいと思います。
私のチャンネルには270余りの動画があって
その中で9編の動画が
有料広告を含めています。
そしてその9編の動画は全て韓国の法律に従って
韓国語バージョンの概要欄に
お知らせの文章を
書いておきました。
最近一部ユーチューバーの違法的広告が話題になり
뒷광고（裏広告）という
新造語が出来て
それを判別する基準が何人かの
有名ユーチューバーによって
恣意的に定義されました。
ある方は自分で買って自分で使ってみたような
ふりをしながら
広告のお知らせは視聴者さんが
見つけにくい所に書いておくことが
裏広告だと言って
他の方は広告なのにどこにもお知らせのない
動画が裏広告だと言います。
その上に視聴者たちの意見まで加わって
裏広告の定義と判別基準が
終わらなく変わり続いて
拡大再生産されています。
個人ことに違うこんな恣意的な基準に
合わないという理由で
広告のお知らせを含めて適法に
投稿してきたユーチューバたちにまで
謝罪を要求してる視聴者さんが多くなりました。
そしてその要求に応じるユーチューバーも
増えてきてから
今は違法的な広告を投稿して問題になってた
ユーチューバーたちとの
見分けも曖昧になったまま一塊になって
非難されている状況です。
私は聞きたいです。
もしまた影響力の凄く強い
ユーチューバーさんが現れて
視力のよく人もこの動画が広告であることを
しっかりと気づけるように
動画の真ん中に
ウォーターマークを表示してなかった動画も
裏広告だと言って大勢の人がその意見に
同意して
謝罪を要求すればまた
それに応じて謝るのが正しいことでしょうか？
私はこんな恣意的な基準が起こせる混乱を防ぐため
社会的合意としての法律があるんだと思います。
”適法に投稿したとしても私の基準から見ると
足りなくて騙そうとした気がするから
謝らなきゃいけない”のような非難は
中断されるべきだと思います。
日本で言う提供のようなものだと思います。
日本のRUclipsrも提供でその商品がどういう物なのか下調べせず、賞賛し、購買意欲を高めさせる方は少なくないです。
ですが、多くのクリエイターは
どういう物なのか、試したり調べたりして、提供であることも視聴者に伝えて動画にしています。
私個人では、提供に関して悪印象はないです。
買う側、使う側がしっかり調べた上で
それに同意し買うものです。
しかし、よく見ないで買う人は
紹介したクリエイターにヘイトを向けてしまうのも事実ですよね。

有關最近在韓國RUclips界出現的廣告贊助醜聞，
我特此為自己的頻道作出澄清。
首先，在我超過270個頻道中，
其中9個是按照韓國法例適當地及清楚地
標示有關的推銷內容。
最近發現在youtube界有數位知名的youtubers進行了
不合法的推銷手法。這種不合法的手法由韓文
“뒷광고”翻譯為“黑色推銷”。
RUclipsr從廣告商裡收取廣告費，
但將其youtube內容製作到好像自己用錢
去購買要推廣的貨品，及故意隱藏推銷標示，
這些都被視為“黑色推銷”。
與此同時，觀眾不斷發表對此的意見，
因此”黑色推銷”的意思和甚麼是“黑色推銷”
亦不斷地更新。
有觀眾基於他們自行對“黑色推銷”的解說而
不斷批評按法例規定發佈視頻的RUclipsr，
並要求他們道歉。
有很多RUclipsr接受了他們的批評並道歉。
基本上，現在差不多所有的RUclipsrs都
被無理地批評。
我想問，如果有一位具影響力的RUclipsr制定了
一個新的標準，要求視頻正中放一個大水印
(Big watermartk)去讓視力比較差的
觀眾能夠輕易看到廣告標示，
而很多觀眾亦同意此做法，
難道我們要跟隨這個新標準並道歉嗎？
我個人認為現時法例的制定是令社會
有一個共同和一致的意見，
和避免大家懷著不同的意見而產生混亂。
有時候儘管我們沒有違反法例，
但始終有人會對我們的推銷方式有所不滿。
我認為我們不能因此無理地受批評和
無理地被要求道歉。
我希望所有觀眾不要再批評遵守法律的RUclipsrs。

I really dont understand about the main problem since the first time I saw Hamzy keep apologies to her viewers. And since that day, I dont see any notification/recommendation mukbang from korean youtubers in my youtube timeline. After reading some comments here, I see that some people are debating about the "culture" and force GNI to make an apology and some people stand with GNI's decision.
This issue really open my eyes. I know that culture in every country is different, but it really makes me more aware and understand about Industry in Korea. I'm kinda sad, I mean the culture isnt bad at all. But seeing people keep forcing her to apology because other youtubers already do the same thing, it's... I dont know about the culture... I just dont want GNI to stop doing what she likes, as long as she choose the right path and dont break the laws.

@@trishaashri2611 2-3 months ago there were an issue among youtuber mukbang.. it's about promotion/ads, like there's youtuber who said that there are youtubers mukbang who didnt give credits or like notification if the food that they consume for mukbang is a paid promote or whatsoever, I cant explain it well. But I think the issue is already settled down now... If you still currious about it, you can search it on the internet, I guess..

Totally agreed. Law is not defined how every individual want them to be like. Law doesnt change from individual to individual, no matter how big the influencer is. So who ever has followed the actual law, must never apologise, and people trying to bring down the morale of such people must be condemned.

และมีคนบอกว่าการโฆษณามืดคือคลิปสปอนเซอร์ที่ไ
ม่ได้แจ้งว่ามีสปอนเซอร์
และตอนนี้เนื่องจากความคิดเห็นของผู้ชมการนิยามกา
รโฆษณามืดก็ยังคงเปลี่ยนไปเรื่อย ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
ในขณะที่ยูทูปเบอร์ที่รักษากฎหมายยังคงโดนวิจารณ์อย่าง
หนักและขอให้พวกเขาออกมาขอโทษกับการรับสปอนเซอ
ร์ที่ไม่เข้ากับมาตรฐานที่ตั้งขึ้นอย่างไม่ชัดเจน ดังนั้นยูทูปเบ

ทุกคนว่าเราควรทำตามมาตรฐานดังกล่าวและออกมาขอโท
ษหรือไม่

Quiero hacerles saber el reciente escándalo de promoción que se ha publicado en Corea.
En primer lugar, hay más de 270 videos en mi canal... y 9 videos de ellos incluyen promoción pagada.
Y todos ellos fueron debidamente notificados como promoción basada en la ley coreana actual.
Recientemente, como videos publicados por varios famosos influyentes se volvieron ilegales, nació una nueva palabra "뒷광고" que puede ser traducida como "Promoción negra".
Entonces los criterios para identificar la "Promoción negra" fueron definidos arbitrariamente por varios famosos RUclipsrs.
Alguien por ahí dijo, si los influyentes pretenden comprar algo con su propio dinero y tratan de dejar o esconder el aviso donde los espectadores apenas puedan encontrarlo, es "Promoción negra".
Otro dijo que la promoción negra significa videos de promoción sin ningún aviso.
Y ahora, mientras se reflejan las opiniones de los espectadores, la definición de la promoción negra y los criterios también siguen cambiando.
Mientras tanto, los espectadores siguen criticando incluso a los RUclipsrs que han mantenido la ley, y pedirles que se disculpen, porque sus formas de aviso de promoción no se ajustan a las normas definidas arbitrariamente. Por ello, muchos RUclipsrs aceptaron la petición de los espectadores y se disculparon.
Ahora casi todos los habitantes de RUclips están siendo criticados sin ser distinguidos... de los RUclipsrs que sí llevaron a cabo promociones ilegales.
Quiero preguntar, si otro RUclipsr con poder establece el nuevo estándar, que los videos de promoción deben tener una gran marca de agua en el medio del video, para que la gente que tiene mala vista pueda notar fácilmente que es una promoción, y si muchos espectadores están de acuerdo con la opinión, ¿tenemos que seguir las nuevas normas y disculparnos?.
Creo que la ley existe para establecer las normas como un consenso social y evitar el caos por las opiniones arbitrarias.
Aunque un espectador no pueda estar satisfecho con la forma de aviso de promoción, si no es contra la ley, creo que los influyentes deben ser protegidos de las críticas o solicitudes de disculpas.
Deseo que todos los espectadores dejen de criticar a los RUclipsrs que han mantenido la ley.

I don’t think it needs to have a watermark plastered across the screen for the entirety of the video, maybe at the very beginning of the video you could verbally said “this is a paid promotion video” and continue with your video.
Yeah I didn't see a disclaimer for her filgood video. Or maybe it was quick or in the captions but it wasn't in the description or easy to spot.
i don't know how it works,but now youtube already has that "warnings" to video that has paid ads in the beginning video...and i've seen one of those warnings on gni's beer videos,if i'm not mistaken

I totally agree with you in the promotion issue. Enough is enough. If the law hasn't been broken, the creators owe nothing. The creators work very hard to provide quality videos that are fresh and entertaining. Several post every day. I can't imagine the effort. People like to play the game " I'm morally superior" or " my life is perfect " They do this because we can't see their truths however, creators lives are put out there for the entire world to see. It's very judgemental and wrong. . If we were allowed to film the video subscribers at Their jobs , what would be revealed? Are the lazy.. lie that they're sick.. steal supplies? I think the people criticizing should reflect on Themselves.
