- In this video I teach you how to paint Hydrangea with acrylic paints. I will walk you through each step and teach you how to mix all of your own colors using just the three primaries plus white. I hope you will join me!

I'm using Qualita Gold Taklon brand brushes from www.jerrysartarama.com
You can get some really great deals from Jerry's Artarama or Dick Blick Art.
You don't have to get these exact brushes. These are just what I use.
Any brand will do fine. ;)

Wow. I was thinking the exact same thing. @Debbie you are really an amazing teacher. I have learned a lot from you in a short amount of time. I've been dealing with some pretty serious depression myself and my neighbor gave me a beautiful bouquet of hydrangeas (which I never really thought I cared for and was the only video of yours that I hadn't even considered attempting) but you were so beautiful and they lifted my spirits and I immediately thought of you and your video so here I am @lorrane I'm right there with you girl but it will get better. We just have to speak it into existence consistently ❤🤗

I think all of us is kind of going through a depression because of this COVID-19 and I get very sad when I watch you paint it’s so beautiful years ago I was raising four kids and a house and a husband and I had already painted two beautiful pictures and he told me that I couldn’t paint anymore unless the house was perfectly clean and I have always always keep my house clean and every woman knows A woman’s work is never done your always having to pick up after the kids and the husband but I let him steal my joy away that God gave me my dad painted also so it’s in the blood I guess you would say well anyway I love you all so very much thank you sweetheart for showing us how to really do the Beautiful flowers ! The right way !!!

Ohhhh this breaks my heart. I can relate in more ways than you know. It’s so hard trying to be a good mom, good wife and good everything to everyone else. You HAVE to find some time for yourself. It’s the only way to feed your soul. If you aren’t happy on the inside you’re no good to anyone else. Trust me on this. All of your loved ones will benefit from your inner joy.

1. You explained and showed the on going mixing of paint.
2. You initially showed placement of flowers. That is critical for me.

Hi Debbie. Your channel was recommended to me so I decided to take a look. I like that you not only show your palette, but show how you load your brushes and mix your paint.. That compounded with explaining how you do your stroke work, makes for a great lesson. I didn't notice any recent videos and wondering if you will be making any more (soon). Your life is busy and you have priorities and I understand how that goes. Allie

Debbie, I did some researching on you and saw your murals in Pacific Beach (where I grew up as a child when it was a sleepy little beach city). You must be proud and your kids are learning that life is beautiful. I wondered if you were still active and if you really would respond to comments (even though you said you would but that was awhile back). I could tell from seeing online some of your recent jobs, you live a very full and interesting life. Who knows, maybe someday, things will slow down for you or you might need a break from all the fun you're having and all the great people you're meeting and decide to do a RUclips video again. In the meantime, I'll watch all your videos before I bug you again. Thanks for responding. Allie
