PSA-- 10/10 recommend this video for anybody missing that retched somber smithing stone 7. I spent so much time looking for videos on the simplest path to getting somber smithing stone 7 and nobody explained anything on how to get there just showed where they were at on the map or what region it’s in. Nothing on how to get there. Perfect video brother

Hola, if you've done the quest as shown she spawns there. However, there is a second spawn location that she can show up at depending on the other content you have done so far. She can spawn at the Erdtree-Gazing Hill Site of Grace, just north of the Lux Ruins, a few steps southwest-ish of the site of grace. Check there and I hope this helps!
