I love that exercise creates more tension conccentrically and eccentrically because it is an unstable environment. we don't use multijoint muscles to perform the movement and we use only elbows. Muscles they grow during eccentric phase. ❤

Absolutely. Hold at the stretch, rather than the contraction.

What does hani mean by doing 7’s with this movement ?
JGEdits is probably right, but I interpreted it as doing "21's" i.e. 7 reps of lower partials (from the bottom to midway), 7 reps of higher partials (from midway to peak contraction) and then 7 full reps - and all of that is 1 set. But JGEdits is probably right given it is Hany

How many rep is good for this exercise?
5-30 works the same as long as training close to failure, but if you need a more specific number I’d recommend to keep it in 10-20 reps for arms.

Lmao every clip I’ve ever seen of Hany explaining muscle it’s always horrendously wrong and uninformed. If TUT led to more muscle growth, then you might as well be doing a 10 minute negative on a single rep to grow.

Ez curl bar focuses on the short head, also the position with dumbbells focus on short head when these combined its hulks contraction

Idk anything after 5 sets is basically over training. I used to go hard like this but in the end 5 to 10 sets every work out was only halting my gains. Trial and error i say
