Glad you enjoyed it!
I really love your tutorials❤
Just WOW Ellen! Really beautiful!
Much needed inspiration. Thanks
I love this. I is so happy. Just what i needed on yet another rainy day in California, thanks, Ellen😊
Enjoy!
This was fun to watch the process. I like seeing how you make corrections.A few times I held my breath! The Rey of sun looked so pretty.
Thank you for a wonderful painting.
Very pretty, Thank you, Alicia
Hi Ellen this is lovley ,I did some small paintings of yours an gave them to friends they loved them ,so thank you for the lessons Ann uk 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️❤️
This is beautiful Ellen, such a lot of tips for us to learn by. Thank you for sharing this great tutorial with us xx
Loved it xx thank you 🥰
I done mine and having so much fun 💋thanks Ellen
Absolutely gorgeous, you have inspired me to have a go. Love it! Xx
You should!
Love is thank you
Thanks, Ellen. I had fun following along with you as I watched the tutorial a second time. Next time, I'll make my masking fluid stems a little thinner - I had to fill them in a bit with paint and it worked out fine. Loved using the handy-dandy masking fluid remover for the first time. So much easier than rolling the fluid off with my fingers!
Love it! 🌸
I liked the creative process you demonstrated. I have used this method too and love it. I did end up using gouache to make the flowers pop at the end because the watercolors disappeared. I did not use masking fluid- will try next time. BTW I love the sky and I think the sky contributed so much to the summer atmosphere of the painting. Thanks for the demonstration.
Great fun!
Looks great....a lot of fun will have to try
Have fun!
You are always helping me discover a new path to try! Love this video, and will really experiment using masking fluid! You created a beautiful modern painting! Thanks Karen Dirmish who is learning so much from you!🙏🙋♀️ 35:49
I'm so glad!
This is great…amazing how white adds instant sparkle to a composition
Fun fun fun! My atmospheric splatter paintings always turn out so cool!! Very Monet-like. Haha. Thanks Ellen for sharing this style of painting!
Glad you enjoyed it!
gorgeous
This is great fun & learning experience... Thanks so much
Glad you enjoyed it!
Oh, Ellen!! LOVE THIS
Agreed. It was fun and a beginner's delight! 🤗
Glad you enjoyed it!
What intrigues me about this one especially is the depth of the painting. My eyes keep moving and that is very captivating. I have not used masking fluid so I'm going to have to pick some up and play with this!
An other fantastic masterpiece! I Will try it for sure. Thank you Ellen 🎉
It was fun to watch and I am sure it will be fun to try!
Thanks so much for this fun tutorial! I loved playing with the wet on wet. I ended up adding a tree using brighter greens for leaves with the sea sponge technique you showed us last fall. I'm waiting for it to dry completely now before adding more. I'll tag you on Instagram when I post it. :)
Such a fun, beautiful painting. I love spattering and have tried it with metallic paint on black paper - then when it dries and the right light brings out shiny color it's a surprise !
This was so fun. Thank you for the tutorials.
I enjoyed watching this video. It turned out very beautiful ❤
Beautiful morphing Ellen! I don’t have any masking fluid so I’m going to try some thick gouache at the end and see what happens. Blessings to you and your tribe!
Gorgeous watercolor
Lovely! Thank you so much!
Thanks love my splatters not sure what to do with the big round moon that was supposed to be a butterfly oh well I’ll try and figure it out. Loved it 🥰
lol make it a flower!]
Beautiful Ellen, yes splatters are the best. I will have a go at this, thank you. Would love to do one of your art courses but am too far away.
Lovely painting Ellen! I'm curious about the long round brush...what are the advantages over a regular round brush?
Ellen how does one send you a picture of a painting that was done following you?
