With max drive you can import to option file to unmodded ps2 but not sure about you can burn the iso on cd For unmodded ps2. Let me know if patch is working but only option file is missing. I play games via usb drive on my ps2 and i follow these instructions: 1. extract the file BESLES-54203PES6OPT with PS2 SaveConverter 2. put file BESLES-54203PES6OPT in usb drive 3. open ps2 and ulaunchelf 4. go mass folder and copy file BESLES-54203PES6OPT 5. then go mc0 and find your pes6 option file, paste inside this folder and its done. If you play games with DVD, check internet how to change save files for ps2, let me know friend if success or not
